can I change my address online?

It appears our postal box has been ripped open. Feb. 22, 2023. I attempted to call and also contact postal inspectors. No response.

Please put a hold on my mail, I'm on vacation

Need you to hold our mail.for 2 weeks , we're going on vacation.

Last week I had a package opened and contents removed from my may box it was a small broadcast emerg. radio with flashlight.. This week I had a small package that had signature required. yesterday the 27th. this package was tracked and shown to be delivered to an individual.. ok so who was this person they gave my package to and where is the signature? We've been given other peoples mail so many time and had to go take to them...packages am mail just having a hard time getting to where the belong.. We know it's not our regular postal girl so who is this... that can't get things right???

Lack of mail delivery in Sky Valley is causing a hardship for many families as they are lacking transportation and or funds to get the Post Office. What must be done to resolve this? Please remedy this ongoing issue.

4 pieces of mail I have mailed have never been received by the person they were addressed to. Destination was Vallejo, CA. Clayton, CA, St. Louis, MO, and Livermore, CA. I am concerned as to why so many things never arrived as they were all addressed properly. Do you have a problem at the Desert Hot Springs PO

So who does read the reviews if the postal employees don't read them? No point in the public reading them because we have no choice for postal service!! So what is the point of these reviews exactly??? I was home today when a supposed delivery attempt was made from Amazon.....now I have to go to the post office to pick it up. I don't know where you attempted to deliver it, but it wasn't to my house, I was here waiting.... pretty bad service!

Hi I Live in Desert Hot Springs Ca They have not delivery my mail the whole week of Tues 30, wed, 31, Thurs 1, Fri 01, Sat 02. so what's going on where's my mail. This delivering mail getting worse and worse (I NEED MY MAIL) This is ridiculous and I'm not happy about it, What's wrong with you guys do your job Delivery my mail.

We live in Sky Valley our mail service is horrible- what is wrong with the mail carriers delivering incorrect mail we get the neighbors all the time- we have not got mail for 3 days- WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!!!! Post master address this situation - get it together!!!!!! Post master help if you need too! It is getting worse- when delivered to incorrect addresses not everyone takes it to the correct addresses (nor do they have too) address this POSTMASTER!!!!!!

IT WAS PUT ON THE TRUCK AT 6:30 AM AND WAS TO BE DELIVERED BY 8:00 PM. 11:30 I GET A MESSAGE THAT MY PACKAGES ARE RUNNING LATE AND WILL BE DELIVERED ON WEDNESDAY. WHAT THE F**K?? ITS ON THE TRUCK TO BE DELIVERED...WHY WOULD YOU PUT THE MOTHER F*****S BACK IN THE OFFICE FOR 3 DAYS AND DELIVER IT THEN? WHY NOT BRING IT OUT THE NEXT MORNING?? ITS STUPID, IGNORANT A*****E S**T LIKE THIS THAT PISSES ME OFF AND MAKES ME ASHAMED OF THIS COUNTRY. IM SO F*****G ANGRY RIGHT NOW. I get packages daily. And today the mail carrier decides to leave my package where it says it was delivered to the front desk, reception area, or mail room at 10:38 am on March 17, 2021 in DESERT HOT SPRINGS, CA 92241. Why? Where is this? There is no front desk at my house. I NEED MY PACKAGE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

Was very disturbing to have my VA prescription delivered to wrong address. All of my VA prescriptions are delivered by mail, eliminating the need to drive to Loma Linda VA Hospital to get prescriptions. This must be addressed.

Very upset, tried three days in a row to talk to someone, a package was sent back to Amazon, of some medicine over the counter that was ordered, with no reason or explanation why it was sent back to the company, and can't get anyone to answer the phone. Let it ring each time for 15 minutes. Nothing. Can't even find an e-mail address to send to the Post Master or a supervisor.

Once again the mail person did not leave the mail. I even get notices on my phone of what is supposed to be delivered, still no delivery. I also reported this to the Post Office multiple times and filed camplaints online, still nothing is done.

My package says it has been sitting in that post office for about 2 weeks now, when i recieved packages that i ordered same day as the other and got them same day. BRING ME MY PACKAGE.

If you live in the area of Hildago Street be forewarned you will probably only get your mail when the mailman decides to deliver it. He decides he likes to send letters back for no reason (it's really nice when it's payroll information that gets sent back to your payroll office or when it's your bills). Happens to me all the time. Came home the other day to find a box shoved in my mailbox so hard that I see teed the heck out of the Box and almost ripped the box open trying to get it out. Luckily my items weren't completely damaged. I've been able to travel and live in several different places and this is by far the worst Postal Service I've ever seen in my life! Also if you go to complain in the office they don't do anything so don't waste your time there.

Every time our regular post lady leaves on vacation or days off we have trouble getting our mail. We seem to always get the other neighbors mail and they get ours. When I try to call the Desert Hot Springs Post Office no one will answer the phone. I don't understand why you even list the number if no one will answer the call.

Why won't they answer the phone?

I went to get my passport here and they told me their camera has been broken for months. I'm thinking why hasn't this place got a new camera? So they're either acting like their camera is broke or they don't want a new camera because they don't want to do the photos. If it's a budget issue it really should be reconciled within months. Hopefully this reaches whoever it needs to reach so they can do photos.

Wow, customer service really has gone down the drain these days. Walked into this office at literally 30 seconds past 5:00pm and got in line. There's hardly anyone in line, and no one walking up behind me, and the girl behind the counter of course has to tell me that they're closed and to come back tomorrow. Really?! One last customer is going to kill you?! After asking to speak to a manager, she tells me to just forget it and stay in line. I end up having to go to her little booth, I probably should have waited for someone else to be available as she seemed very irritable to begin with. I explain to her that I was told that I have to send my package registered because it's some of my dad's remains going to his girlfriend. She says it's a little light to be remains, like I'm lying. I explained that it's just a little vial. She then continues to tell me, oh, come on, you don't even have an address on here!! I explain that I have the address in my pocket and isn't she there to help me with that?! (Sorry, I'm not a shipping professional!!) She frustrated me to the point of saying, screw it, I'll go to UPS, and left. She acted like she couldn't be happier. What a way to treat a customer, especially when you know they're obviously going thru the loss of their father. The girl usually seems nice, but she must of had a party or something to get to today, because her customer service skills were non-existent this time around. Worst thing is when I got to UPS, they said USPS Priority would be cheaper and faster. So now I have to go back to this place tomorrow. Sucks when one employee can ruin a whole post office for you. Now I'm gonna be dreading everytime I have to go to this place. If they're gonna be that anal about it, they need to get the cage locked up before anyone else gets in line!!
