Watched the video online of the manager here. What a loser and an embarrassment to everyone you work for and with. I hope that you are fired and replaced with someone a bit more professional and able to speak better with the public. Big man attitudes and our workplaces do not mix

The lady who delivered our mail at 2350 santa ana ave "A" last evening was extremely rude to my Daughter ! She had transferred mail from another truck next door. I asked if there was a problem she replied " NO DO YOU HAVE A PROBLEM ? " She eventually delivered our mail. My Daughter was quietly waiting for a package. The driver asked "ARE YOU CUSSING AT ME ? " AND THREW THE PACKAGE ON THE GROUND.

I would like to thank the Manager of P.O. on Fairview Ave Costa Mesa for fixing the problem of very, very late mail or no mail at all. Yesterday 10/26/17 & today 10/27/17 mail and parcel were delivered early a.m. I received email on parcel YAY!. Receiving my mail early is fantastic. Just because we are a Senior Facility our mail is as important as anywhere else. Thank you again for fixing our lack of receiving mail at 2031 Orange Ave. #208, Costa Mesa, Ca. 92627. Jacqualine

Our office is in a busy office complex with a large number of businesses that all process multiple packages both in and out every day. Ever since Chad became our usual mail carrier our service has become so efficient and pleasant. We are so pleased with our current service!

We used to have a mail lady that we had some run ins with. We live by back bay and people park in front of our house to walk across and she would not get out of her truck to put in box EVER and she would get very snippy to all of us. We eventually made friends. Years after I was working around the corner and parked to close to his box and guess who the mail person was? Yep and she got so kissed at me no matter how many times I said I was sorry it just didn't help! She doesn't have a problem walking she simply states I don't have to get out and go ahead a call post office it's not my job to walk even 2 steps ! Yikes...
