I have nothing but good things to say about my Clearlake Oaks Post Office . My carrier, Kelly is wonderful and the people who work behind the desk at the post office are very kind and helpful. The fastest way for me to get a package is almost always through USPS.

So at clearlake Oaks post office you have to take off work for a day to pickup a package unless it comes from Planet Bezos! Right?

Why does the location have staff there on Saturday but they won't open the retail area, guess that's why the USPS loses money every year

I run a mail order/eBay business out of Clearlake Oaks called Small Military Models. Everything I do involves packages and I have been involved in mail related services for most of my adult life. I have dealt with the best and the worst including San Francisco, Rohnert Park, Cotati, Santa Rosa and Cloverdale post offices + every major package service as well. I have nothing but praise for these guys, from Tanya who picks up my packages most days to Sandy who "hunts down" the tough packages for me to everyone in between. These guys have always treated me with professionalism as well as with a rather pleasant manner. Even my dogs look forward to seeing them! If you are new to the area, prepare to be spoiled by our first class postal employees. Thanks guys! Michael Tobener

I have had nothing but surliness from my carrier in Clearlake Oaks, CA 95423. Her name is Kelly and she is unwilling to bring packages to our homes. My road is less than 1/4 block long, there are four houses all bunched together. She will leave our packages on top of the mailbox row if they can't be crammed inside. My neighbors and I have all had items stolen by kids who walk along the main road to our development, I'm tired of it.
