99 % of the time the postal mail delivery to my home is great.
1 % sometimes there is an issue. Not a bad record for an agency that deals daily with millions of letters and transactions !
I truly believe that all the letters carriers are doing the best they can under the circumstances.
When in the office setting the staff seem polite and professional ocassionally there is a rude person working there with complaints against them. Lately my sister quit receiving her mail at our home address for some unknown reason which we will find out.

I’am very upset & disappointed with the carrier who delivers our mail when our regular mail carrier is off. She is always talking on the phone and so loud too that she can be heard from across the street to my house. She drives away talking on the phone too. Our neighborhood is 237th & Panama CARSON CA & she delivers most of the time around 1 p.m This neighborhood is very quiet so when she comes & talking on her phone so loud, dogs bark, & sounds like some chaos is going on outside. Pls correct this matter as it is very disturbing & disappointment.
I'm very upset & disappointed with the carrier who just delivered an Amazon box to my address...he had a dolly too but wouldn't bring it up 3 steps to my mobile hm @ 90745, around 11:50am today 12/10/19 ..he said his waist was painful too, he turned around & took off.....I'm a senior & currently on nerve pain pills...I'm ashame to say he was Filipino& heartless😣
Calling your 800 Cust Care# now have to wait 45min to be answered, called my branch on Avalon , it rang many times then disconnected me..!!!
One of the mailman Alfonso needed to be counseled for his rude personality and not doing his job well. He was already informed to have the courtesy to close the mailbox door/cover after dropping off the mails due to some passers by taking mails or whenever it rains the mails get wet. It's not like he will take extra effort to lock and unlock the cover. All he needs to do is to push the cover back , same as how it was before putting the mails in the mailbox. Just a simple act to do to make a happy customer.
The worst of the worst. Having relocated multiple times I know the forwarding process. Kelly Vo is personally responsible for the suffering cash flow of my business as she has used her own personal feelings to determine what mail is forwarded and what is returned. I thought mail was federally protected? What a joke. I have multiple legitimate businesses that will confirm my mail was returned to them. She only forwards the mail that is obviously unimportant. It is a personal game and a despicable one. Try reporting her...they refer me to HER to report it to. They're like the men in blue, only the low end ones that couldn't make it elsewhere. Not all Kelly's fault? Then perhaps she should manage her vindictive staff. Either way, this place is a disgrace.
Please let me know if Contreras #4534 is your carrier. This useless disgrace to his union needs to be stopped.

Nothing short of liars, thieves and common criminals. Lying about my dog because the mail carrier got his feelings hurt, A manager too lazy to stand up to him. Multiple checks "lost" (somehow all my junk mail makes it!) coincidentally After we had words regarding his lies. A perfect example of why US Mail is going the way of the Dodo bird. I can't think of agency more deserving. I hope Contreras #4534 (they won't give his name) knows the phrase, would you like fries with that". Oh wait, that won't happen, the taxpayers can give him a nice pension for dragging his sorry a**. Useless human being, more useless management.
