My Package to Auckland, NZ arrived at your transit point on October 16th, 12022. #EH02980230US> It is now November 1, 2022 and the package is still stuck in your Customs check point. This is not the experience I usually receive after paying over $200.00 to Priority Express International delivery. If there is a problem, Please let me know so I can make adjustments and get these gifts delivered ASAP!
i work for the post office here in Louisiana. my package showed scanned with a handheld, meaning someone psychically touched the package and scanned it.. i will be contacting the postmaster and higher authorities to get this package.
Carson is a well-known USPS "black hole". Google it. Things that enter it just sit... and sit... and sit... Despite being well-known, nothing gets done about it. *Every* time you have the misfortune of having your package pass through Carson, expect massive delays and absolutely no tracking updates.
Our wonderful carrier retired. Since then, we have not been receiving the ads in the mail.
I introduced myself to our new carrier, I mentioned to him about not getting the ads, he responded " They are in the truck, do you want me to get you one". He also mentioned the ads were to heavy to carry!
The stores pay for those ads to be delivered. I use the ads weekly.

I am now into my third experience in a year of a package being sent from the Western U.S. to me in Eastern Canada and they all get stuck in Carson.CA . . . and never move, EVER . . . .three packages . . . all lost in what seems to be a USPS Black Hole in Carson, CA. What is going on???
Oh man, I guess my package is going to be lost in this black hole as well. Package shipped from vendor (in California) April 30. Destination Vancouver, Canada (along with 2 other packages from same order).
Stuck at Los Angeles International Dist. Centre since May 4th. No updates for almost 1 month. Now May 29 I get this update saying it arrived at this Carson, CA location?
The other 2 packages arrived safely by mid-May. This was the biggest and most important of the packages...and it looks like it'll be lost forever. Definitely something fishy going on...

My package was last updated stating Processed through usps facility on Mar 18th in Carson CA, I have tried to call multiple times and it will ring and ring and then a welcome to Verizon wireless your call cannot be completed as dialed pops up. Obviously this is an ongoing issue for your facility, and you need to be shut down and even possibly sued for all of the lost/stolen packages, you definitely have thief’s working at this location.

I called this place and they said they're not responsible for anything, the packages just pass by.
Why can't they investigate those working there to see if they are stealing packages! USPS is not responding to my filed case. I'm sure this post office can reach out to USPS and find out what is going on!
I think so too! Mine has been there since Dec 11 and no update since Dec 16th! Ridiculous and there's no way to get through to them through filing a case or calling because everything is a dead end

Same here my package has been sitting in Carson since Dec 7th it’s now Dec 21st. I think they have a thief working there. This is so messed up how we all are having a problem with this location. I think we need answers to why our packages never left Carson Ca!!!!!!!
My package that was shipping from Carson on 12/6 to New York state resurfaced on 12/21 in Ybor City, Fl. Still has not arrived. On Christmas Day it had made it to Rochester. Maybe it will arrive on 12/28?

A pkg was mailed from Venice, Ca, tracked to Carson, CA on Dec 2nd. No further tracking info. Simply says delayed, in transit, arriving late. Today is the 13th. Where is it? Strapped to the back of a snail? After reading other reviews, seems you need a new postmaster.
What type of practice is this? No mail ran AT ALL TODAY? Called and was reassured of delivery yet still no follow through?

I get my neighbors mail every week. This is very serious because it includes phone bills etc. This lead me to believe my mail is in others hands as well. Something needs to be done. The sorter needs a conference.

The sub carrier constantly leave mail at the wrong homes. Today is was one house off for the entire street. A couple of weeks ago, he left a priorty mail package at my home that belong in the 20000 block of Wadley. I am in the 19000 of wadley. I drove the package to the rightful owner. He listens to music on his radio which is loud enough for all to hear. He walks across our lawns although he has been asked to respect our property. I have tried on several occassions to call the Carson station; no one answers the phone which rings and then go to a busy signal. We caught the mailman as he delivered across the street and he said we had no mail. If that was the case then why did he leave a neighbors mail in our box? He is indifferent and incompetent. He needs better training; work ethic or replacement. The mail is important and confidential and should be handled in a more professional manner. I am a 46 year resident and this is my first complaint.
99 % of the time the postal mail delivery to my home is great.
1 % sometimes there is an issue. Not a bad record for an agency that deals daily with millions of letters and transactions !
I truly believe that all the letters carriers are doing the best they can under the circumstances.
When in the office setting the staff seem polite and professional ocassionally there is a rude person working there with complaints against them. Lately my sister quit receiving her mail at our home address for some unknown reason which we will find out.

I’am very upset & disappointed with the carrier who delivers our mail when our regular mail carrier is off. She is always talking on the phone and so loud too that she can be heard from across the street to my house. She drives away talking on the phone too. Our neighborhood is 237th & Panama CARSON CA & she delivers most of the time around 1 p.m This neighborhood is very quiet so when she comes & talking on her phone so loud, dogs bark, & sounds like some chaos is going on outside. Pls correct this matter as it is very disturbing & disappointment.
I'm very upset & disappointed with the carrier who just delivered an Amazon box to my address...he had a dolly too but wouldn't bring it up 3 steps to my mobile hm @ 90745, around 11:50am today 12/10/19 ..he said his waist was painful too, he turned around & took off.....I'm a senior & currently on nerve pain pills...I'm ashame to say he was Filipino& heartless😣

One of the mailman Alfonso needed to be counseled for his rude personality and not doing his job well. He was already informed to have the courtesy to close the mailbox door/cover after dropping off the mails due to some passers by taking mails or whenever it rains the mails get wet. It's not like he will take extra effort to lock and unlock the cover. All he needs to do is to push the cover back , same as how it was before putting the mails in the mailbox. Just a simple act to do to make a happy customer.
The worst of the worst. Having relocated multiple times I know the forwarding process. Kelly Vo is personally responsible for the suffering cash flow of my business as she has used her own personal feelings to determine what mail is forwarded and what is returned. I thought mail was federally protected? What a joke. I have multiple legitimate businesses that will confirm my mail was returned to them. She only forwards the mail that is obviously unimportant. It is a personal game and a despicable one. Try reporting her...they refer me to HER to report it to. They're like the men in blue, only the low end ones that couldn't make it elsewhere. Not all Kelly's fault? Then perhaps she should manage her vindictive staff. Either way, this place is a disgrace.
Please let me know if Contreras #4534 is your carrier. This useless disgrace to his union needs to be stopped.

Nothing short of liars, thieves and common criminals. Lying about my dog because the mail carrier got his feelings hurt, A manager too lazy to stand up to him. Multiple checks "lost" (somehow all my junk mail makes it!) coincidentally After we had words regarding his lies. A perfect example of why US Mail is going the way of the Dodo bird. I can't think of agency more deserving. I hope Contreras #4534 (they won't give his name) knows the phrase, would you like fries with that". Oh wait, that won't happen, the taxpayers can give him a nice pension for dragging his sorry a**. Useless human being, more useless management.
