I did not get my mail again today ! This is an on going problem for about 7 months . What is going on ? At least twice a week our neighborhood does not get mail . This is unacceptable! I have gone to the main office in Dana Point to ask what was going on , only to be told “ what do you want me to do about it ?” I guess I need to keep going up the ladder to upper management until we find resolve .. terrible
