I too have called several times to no avail. I received a bill today that had my correct address but a yellow sticker saying unable to forward. What is that about?

I, too, have called (818)348-3226 many times to obtain info regarding moving our mailbox. Apparently, there are no employees in the office. Can somebody, anybody please contact me. Our mailbox has been broken into and vandalized consistently now. I have files police reports with Lost Hills S.O. as well as the USPS. I was told that I had to contact our local postmaster to confirm the necessary requirements prior to moving our mailbox. There is NO WAY to contact anybody from USPS or the Postmaster regarding this issue. Please respond to this note or answer the phones. Until then, we will all just sit back and continue to be victims of mail theft and continue to waste money on damaged mailboxes.

I called your number multiple times to talk to a human about relocating my mail box after it had been broken into on multiple occasions and my mail stolen. I have two police reports as documentation. I only wish I could put you a room to listen to the phone ringing over and over and over and over and over and over and over again like i've been doing today. Thank you for your service.
