Completely incompetent.

Been trying to reach Buena Park @ 714 5238707 all morning rang 100’s of times, just hangs up after several dozen of rings. How can they be reached?

What the hell is happening to respect for the uniform? Are not postman to be wearing a uniform? Year after year I have noticed untukked shirts, listening to earpods and now, today, the guy at my mailbox looked like a PORCH PIRATE! He was delivering my mail??? I called out to him and asked why he wasn't wearing ANYTHING that resembled a uniform and he just kept on walking. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

Clerk # 16 was rude to send and ask for certified mail. Said should have told him to say if regular or sending certified mail in the first place and just have an attitude to begin with. With other people in line he gave no attitude. I had my letters sent didn't like the rude negative attitude the person had.

When there for assistance delivering a package and black gentleman with dreadlocks was a jerk and not professional first thing said "what do you want me to do with this? I want to send this ? I replied he said I can't read bar code ? It was fine he didn't even try to scan ! He shouldn't be there with attitude if he doesn't like his job plus we pay him from are taxes and are intitled to professional employee service!!!!

It was close to closing time ~4:50 PM on Saturday 4/03/21. I rushed in with my little 12 yrs old daughter because she need to send out her first order thst she was selling on ebay. We quckly grabbed a bibble packaging from the wall and proceeded to the open counter on the far right with a pre-printed shipping label. We asked for a few strips of tape, and the male clerk behind the counter flat out rejected with his projected voice, " nope nope, we dont let you use tape for pre-printed label, you need to buy it here to use it!" I tgen saidcwe only need 4 strips of tape to cover this 4.25"×5.5" label. He said, "You can buy the tape hanging on the wall there." We walked over ti the wall. The tiny roll was $3.99+tax. The item my daughter sold and needed to shipped out was $5.50. It just doesnt make sense, especially when she is learning about savings and entrepreneurship. I turn around and ask him one more time. But the ruthless clerk said, "No, come back another day. Oh and by the way, pay for the packaging." If I can donate $$$ to help others, Idint think I will run awayvwuth the $1.79 shipping supply. Luckily, next to him was an awesome lady, she waved us over and said, "Now you know the policy, next time tape it down, or bring the tape with you." She proceed to tape it and ring up the shipping envelope. I didnt realize it until we got into the car when my daughter said, " with all thises craziness going on in the world, I think we just experienced Asian Hate, that guy was mean. BUT I'm thankful that the nice lady helped us and let us know abiut their rules. I wont forget that. What she said made me startled a bit.

They said they had a fail attempt at delivery, stating that they could not get in, but I was waiting outside my apartment and I had the gate stay open for them. They also get in everyday to deliver mail, so it just doesn’t make sense. It seems like the driver just did not want to deliver package on his own. Also, it stated it was out for delivery around 6am and only MINUTES later, it was a failed attempt.

Today, at 2:30pm, the postal delivery person left a small box and another pkg on our porch. Our porch camera shows him "tossing" both down on the cement. I don't think this is our usual person because he usually leave pkgs in the mailbox or on our bench. This is so disturbing because it doesn't take much to carefully leave our mail.

Hello, I received an email job alert for a Front Desk position, I would like to know if there is an opening. I started the process of applying but once I entered my information I was asked for my credit card information, supposedly for training. I would like to know if this is legitimate or a scam? The price was only $49 which is not the issue, it is the fact that they have my credit card info.

I received an email from Scott Nguyen of the Buena Park office on July 2/2020 regarding a lost mail I am still waiting to be found...In his email he said "Your USPS Service Request # 11352445 Has Been Resolved". I responded to him that he may be mistaken, my request HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED YET..... It seems impossible to get anyone on the phone. I must have tried many phone numbers listed in the USPS site. NO LUCK. How can a customer talk to a customer service help desk? to get some answers?.

I went into this post office on Friday to buy stamped postcards not only was the Postman rude (he services at the end the last customer area)but he told me they don’t carry stamped postcards I wanted him to go ask or look for them but he was not going to do that so I went to the next post office Down the street and of course they carry them doesn’t anyone during this time want to go out of their way to help somebody obviously not at the Buena Park La Palma post office

I utilized Buena Park Post Office off of LaPalma Avenue. The Post office was clean and up to par for the safety during COVID19. I am writing because while in line a counter clerk was assisting what appeared to be a son with father. They were requesting to return a box from an online source with no cost. The clerk explained numerours of times that they would need to contact the online provider to get a return label that the P.O cannot mail the box back for free without the label or they could pay to mail it without that label. Despite the "father's" ongoing explanation that they contacted the company and could not get a label from them so why can't the P.O just mail it back. The clerk explained again, the box was opened, it is basically not a return to sender item but if they want to pay for the postage to return they could if they want it mailed for free they need to go online and get a label from the company in which they purchased the product from. The older gentleman became a bit upset and leaned on the counter in the open area not remaining behind the COVID19 protective clear partition. The clerk asked him to please step back to the marked area and began to repeat the options regarding the box but the older gentleman quickly spoke over her, accusing her of being prejudice because he was some nationality I could not hear the term but I am going to guess some form of asian because I'm Asian and we had similarities. It was such an ordeal I felt compelled to write a review stating the clerk was not in no way rude, prejudice, unkind. She spent a great deal of time re-explaining the customer's options to him. Although the younger gentleman customer appeared to understand the older gentleman did not like the response he wanted the PO to absorb the cost of mailing the box. One criticism I do have, there are cameras in the PO, the supervisor or postmaster likely could have viewed what was occurring in the front, where was those representatives to step forward support the clerk and defuse the situation with the customer? I wish I had the clerk's name, but I can tell you she was positioned at the 3rd counter area from the left of the entrance door. She deserves recognition for her tolerance and patience and her supervisors should have been more visible at the time. It was busy, all, 3 other clerks were present and busy and no one supported or spoke up for her, possibly it was because they were busy or that is the protocol of the office.

I'm upset since February i have 4 deliveries are not delivered. I have verified from the sender they said its been delivered but nothing was delivered. Whats happening with this branch of post office. I just live with in the neighborhood of LA Palma post office.

Big complaint. I got a parcel belonging to someone else. Put it out with a sign wrong adress. Nobody picked the mail for days. I am doing home remodeling but the postal worker can access my mail box. It has been three days without seeing the mail man. I’m very upset

I’ved Lost a package cause of wrong box they placed in to other box.

I never got my last electric bill from SCE from the 90620 post office. I had to pay a penalty of $57.00. I saw on Facebook where a pile of mail for Buena Park was dumped in the desert near Phelan. Maybe my electric bill was there in the desert. Way to go USPS for Buena Park!

Buena park, ca never scans packages upon arrival. They put them on hold in backoffice if they are First Class, they do not place anything on outgoing trucks unless its priority mail. So if you send First class boxes,bags. Don't count on them being sent to plant stations anytime soon. They save them in backarea acouple days. They do not consider them ''Priority'' which isn't fair to the customers paying postage.

Packages were supposed to be delivered 3 days ago from the post office from Rockford, Illinois, to goingbuena park California post office, I paid over 200 dollars and still have not received my boxes yet. Where are my deliveries?

This postal service is known to lose packages I've had multiple package lost and have had the worst service. Go with a different service if you can.

How much to get passport

I wanted to know what times the mail from Buena Park post office picks up mail for delivery?  Your website does not give specific times.  It is important to know when the post mark is stamped.  I know 12:30 p.m. is one of the times, but website does not give hours of pickup throughout the day.
