I received an email from Scott Nguyen of the Buena Park office on July 2/2020 regarding a lost mail I am still waiting to be found...In his email he said "Your USPS Service Request # 11352445 Has Been Resolved". I responded to him that he may be mistaken, my request HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED YET..... It seems impossible to get anyone on the phone. I must have tried many phone numbers listed in the USPS site. NO LUCK. How can a customer talk to a customer service help desk? to get some answers?.
I went into this post office on Friday to buy stamped postcards not only was the Postman rude (he services at the end the last customer area)but he told me they don’t carry stamped postcards I wanted him to go ask or look for them but he was not going to do that so I went to the next post office Down the street and of course they carry them doesn’t anyone during this time want to go out of their way to help somebody obviously not at the Buena Park La Palma post office
I utilized Buena Park Post Office off of LaPalma Avenue. The Post office was clean and up to par for the safety during COVID19. I am writing because while in line a counter clerk was assisting what appeared to be a son with father. They were requesting to return a box from an online source with no cost. The clerk explained numerours of times that they would need to contact the online provider to get a return label that the P.O cannot mail the box back for free without the label or they could pay to mail it without that label. Despite the "father's" ongoing explanation that they contacted the company and could not get a label from them so why can't the P.O just mail it back. The clerk explained again, the box was opened, it is basically not a return to sender item but if they want to pay for the postage to return they could if they want it mailed for free they need to go online and get a label from the company in which they purchased the product from. The older gentleman became a bit upset and leaned on the counter in the open area not remaining behind the COVID19 protective clear partition. The clerk asked him to please step back to the marked area and began to repeat the options regarding the box but the older gentleman quickly spoke over her, accusing her of being prejudice because he was some nationality I could not hear the term but I am going to guess some form of asian because I'm Asian and we had similarities. It was such an ordeal I felt compelled to write a review stating the clerk was not in no way rude, prejudice, unkind. She spent a great deal of time re-explaining the customer's options to him. Although the younger gentleman customer appeared to understand the older gentleman did not like the response he wanted the PO to absorb the cost of mailing the box. One criticism I do have, there are cameras in the PO, the supervisor or postmaster likely could have viewed what was occurring in the front, where was those representatives to step forward support the clerk and defuse the situation with the customer? I wish I had the clerk's name, but I can tell you she was positioned at the 3rd counter area from the left of the entrance door. She deserves recognition for her tolerance and patience and her supervisors should have been more visible at the time. It was busy, all, 3 other clerks were present and busy and no one supported or spoke up for her, possibly it was because they were busy or that is the protocol of the office.
I'm upset since February i have 4 deliveries are not delivered. I have verified from the sender they said its been delivered but nothing was delivered. Whats happening with this branch of post office. I just live with in the neighborhood of LA Palma post office.
Big complaint. I got a parcel belonging to someone else. Put it out with a sign wrong adress. Nobody picked the mail for days. I am doing home remodeling but the postal worker can access my mail box. It has been three days without seeing the mail man. I’m very upset

I saw on Facebook where a pile of mail for Buena Park was dumped in the desert near Phelan. Maybe my electric bill was there in the desert. Way to go USPS for Buena Park!
Buena park, ca never scans packages upon arrival. They put them on hold in backoffice if they are First Class, they do not place anything on outgoing trucks unless its priority mail. So if you send First class boxes,bags. Don't count on them being sent to plant stations anytime soon. They save them in backarea acouple days. They do not consider them ''Priority'' which isn't fair to the customers paying postage.

I wanted to know what times the mail from Buena Park post office picks up mail for delivery? Your website does not give specific times. It is important to know when the post mark is stamped. I know 12:30 p.m. is one of the times, but website does not give hours of pickup throughout the day.
