I was recently in the Buellton post office which I have been going to for 30+ years and was treated very unprofessionally and rudely by the postmaster. She was very adamant about my problem not being her issue and that I would indeed have to pay another shipping fee for something that was never delivered to the intended recipient. She never offered to find out any additional information (ie. calling postal service of area package was sent to find out additional information). There was no signature of unaccepted delivery just a printed label of unaccepted. The day before automated system had said package was on its way to destination but taking longer than expected.... We were not allowed a copy of the printout information or to actually view the information ? No customer service skills.

I recently visited Buellton post office of which I am a post office box holder, and was treated very Rudly by the postmaster. Trying to resolve an issue and she thinks she is correct.. I live in an undeliverable house so i was told my PO BOX would be complimentary. When my girlfriend brought a lease agreement proving our address she still contended she was right(postmaster). I then went to city of buellton and got a letter from the local city office proving the lot number I live in and when my girlfriend and I approached her she said she did not want to talk to me even though it is my PO BOX originnally.. I walked out cussing.. and then she told my girlfriend I was not allowed back in the post office. I need to get my mail and I fear she will deny my mail now... i have very important mail coming to that box. She is a rude person and she needs to be reprimanded. It's not just her show but she acts and looks like an ex gangster.. and word on the street is this is not the first complaint . I will be sending my next email to the inspector general ..thank you for your time. Sincerely William "Pete" Boucher
