Postal Locations

i was at post office for pick up a package because i get a text message alert from the sender saying my package was delivered at the postal office, and no yellow card was at my po box. and i ask to the guy on charge there and he said has to be available for pick up trought next day!!!!!!!! so the question is why??? if the package arrive to this location at 8:30 am and i show up to pick it up at 2:00pm so they close at 4:00pm,,, the guy have time to find the package and just he dont want do it.... so i back after 4:00 for find at least the yellow card for pick it up next day but they close and never leave the yellow card, so i lost another day waiting for my package, so i got a angry customer at my bussiness waiting for the famous package... thanks bridgeport postal office"""""""""""""""""""""""""""
