Borrego Springs post office is not too bad. It is always very clean and all of the employee's are friendly, with the exception of BONNIE. She seems to go out of her way to be rude. She is mean, unhappy, and just plain awful. She has ZERO customer service skills. She puts an annoyed face on when people ask her questions, I am so tired of her! I HOPE YOU READ THIS!

Borrego Springs Post Office is a total mess. Return packages not containing a post office box number, place mail in incorrect post office box numbers.Because non permanent residents who only visit occasionally, therefore have street addresses out of state, or in other counties, those who live in Borrego Springs, pay taxes, must suffer when mail is deliver not containing a p.o. box number, mail is returned. Mail is too often delivered to the incorrect post office box. Everyone is up in arms, and quite angry. USPS does not deliver residentially, this has to change.A purchase I ordered from Amazon, was, arrived Saturday, was delivered to someone else. They left their blue card in someone the wrong box. A mess!

Inez - You are right about the BS Post Office. Orders from Amazon, which go through the PO, have inundated a small operation with an overabundance of packages, and it's overwhelming them. Amazon SHOULD service Borrego via UPS or Fed Ex. That would take a lot of the heat off the PO. Please do NOT blame those of us who visit BS during the season, though. We import millions to the area in tourist dollars. Without us, your year-round community would probably fizzle out.
