Postal Locations

This place is the worst customer service. Recently moved here and it’s been almost a year and I haven’t received any calls from them about getting a key to my mail box.

Biggs post office is the worst post office, the hours suck. Any working adult is most likely going to work 8am-5pm and so if a package arrives how am I even supposed to pick it up when no one is there?? I have been trying to pick up a package since Friday that they only put a slip in my box, not put my packages on a parcel box so I could get them over the weekend. They don’t open until 9 so I can’t get my sisters graduation present before work and a another package that needed to stay cool! They never know what they are talking about when I call and ask about a package. I called about one to make sure it would be in a box so I could get it and they said they didn’t even have a package for me there although my tracking said scanned into Biggs post office. I go a few hours later when I get off work and my package is on a box when the lady said I didn’t have any packages at all. I’m forced to use this post office because mail doesn’t get delivered to my house. They are the biggest bs of my life. I shouldn’t have to stress and try to get off work early to pick up my packages when they have package boxes for a reason. I HATE THEM.
