I have tried to call so many times only to get a beep beep without any info or contact info. also tried the major number and had a 45 minute wait where nothing happened. Honestly,what is one to do when they have a notice from the P.O. to call asap on a problem?
I was given the phone number of the supervisor Ms. Jackson and it does not work I go online and your main number 310-247-3470 does not work either. What is wrong with you people? I am suppose to call Ms. Jackson because she is in a meeting by her number is no good either? What is going on? A government post office can't post the correct phone number?
I have a mailbox for a number of years and lately, as of today approx. 12:00 noon no mail distributed and was told to come back at 3:00!
I would like to cancel but i have spent money that i can't recover!

THERE IS ONLY ONE NICE AND HELPFUL EMPLOYEE THERE (I do not know his name but he is a tall black male with a beard), EVERYONE ELSE IS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AND taking advantage of the paying customers by working purposely slower than any other employee that I have ever encountered at any other Post Office (I have been to a least one in every county of California, being a nature photography for work.) I AM A 63 YEAR OLD MAN AND BY THEM REFUSING TO HELP ME GET MY P.O. BOX MAIL BEFORE 11:00AM (MOST OF THE TIME I STILL HAVE TO WAIT TO 11:15AM), AND FOR THEM DELAYING BILLING LETTERS TO MY P.O. BOX CAUSING MYSELF TO PAY TWO LATE PAYMENTS AND FOR MY WATER AND POWER TO BE SHUT OFF ONCE.) I DO NOT APPRECIATE THE EMPLOYEE'S WORK ETHIC, PERFORMANCE, AND LACK OF RESPECT. NEVERTHELESS, THIS IS THE LAST TIME I USE THIS POST OFFICE AGAIN!!!!
we are not receiving important tax forms, 1099's, bank statements, magazine, etc., this is very disconcerting, further more we are receiving in bundles other peoples mail, not one envelope but many, this can not continue.
