Postal Locations

We have not received mail at the apartment building on Oakhurst Dr. Days and days go by with NO service causing a problem with bills and checks to be received. Also, I used the mail box outside the Post Office and had a check stolen and rewritten for $2500.00 causing so many problems. What is going on with this post office?? It used to be excellent and now it is just terrible.

Are you aware that the two mailboxes outside the front door of the post office (Maple Dr & 3rd St) have a sticky glue-like substance on the mail slot on he boxes? When a patron places a letter in the mail slot, this sticky substance can keep he letters from falling down into the box, and can enable theft.

Warning ⚠️ do not mail your bills from this location. We have lost 5 payments that we promptly mailed out from this location. There is something odd going on here or it is a black hole lol

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The clerk, Joyce Klindale (I think that's how you spell it) racially profiled me and refused to give me a money order for my rent because I am black and she "...doesn't know where my money is from" so she said I had to provide my ID, social security card, and proof of employment. Where is that even legal?! This happened on august 2nd and still no answers as to why she did that or any personal calls trying to rectify the issue. I had to leave and go to the Doheny Drive location to get my money order where they even said that's not a policy nor does she have the right to do that. I've tried contacting multiple Postmaster generals of different levels but everyone keeps referring me to someone else. This is unacceptable! At this point I think the USPS does not have a zero tolerance policy for racial discrimination and profiling because not following up urgently on a matter like this shows they really do not care.

I had sent an envelope with 3 checks inside to my bank in Beverly Hills and my bank never received those checks. WHAT IS GOING ON!!!??!!

Amazing service!!! .. sunshine the teller made my day .. after leaving the post office I realized I lost a 1000$ .... I rushed back it was like 30 minutes off praying that I left .. dropped it at the post office.. When I walked to the teller here name is sunshine ❤️ She said “ I got u girl I knew u will be back .. thank you sunshine 💕

I had a wonderful experience the Beverly Hills Post Office and the assistance of Sofia Garcia who was most helpful in tracing a lost item. I am delighted to know that MS Garcia is there to help any of us who are in need.

I have tried to call so many times only to get a beep beep without any info or contact info. also tried the major number and had a 45 minute wait where nothing happened. Honestly,what is one to do when they have a notice from the P.O. to call asap on a problem?

I was given the phone number of the supervisor Ms. Jackson and it does not work I go online and your main number 310-247-3470 does not work either. What is wrong with you people? I am suppose to call Ms. Jackson because she is in a meeting by her number is no good either? What is going on? A government post office can't post the correct phone number?

Your PO Box lobby hours are WRONG!!!!! On Sat's, it closes at 2:30pm. NOT 5pm.

I have a mailbox for a number of years and lately, as of today approx. 12:00 noon no mail distributed and was told to come back at 3:00! I would like to cancel but i have spent money that i can't recover! will you reply?

THERE IS ONLY ONE NICE AND HELPFUL EMPLOYEE THERE (I do not know his name but he is a tall black male with a beard), EVERYONE ELSE IS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AND taking advantage of the paying customers by working purposely slower than any other employee that I have ever encountered at any other Post Office (I have been to a least one in every county of California, being a nature photography for work.) I AM A 63 YEAR OLD MAN AND BY THEM REFUSING TO HELP ME GET MY P.O. BOX MAIL BEFORE 11:00AM (MOST OF THE TIME I STILL HAVE TO WAIT TO 11:15AM), AND FOR THEM DELAYING BILLING LETTERS TO MY P.O. BOX CAUSING MYSELF TO PAY TWO LATE PAYMENTS AND FOR MY WATER AND POWER TO BE SHUT OFF ONCE.) I DO NOT APPRECIATE THE EMPLOYEE'S WORK ETHIC, PERFORMANCE, AND LACK OF RESPECT. NEVERTHELESS, THIS IS THE LAST TIME I USE THIS POST OFFICE AGAIN!!!!

we are not receiving important tax forms, 1099's, bank statements, magazine, etc., this is very disconcerting, further more we are receiving in bundles other peoples mail, not one envelope but many, this can not continue.
