Worst PO in the county of Merced. i have not received mail in 3 days and i get an email daily telling me what mail i have coming. I spoke to a PO employee this morning 8/4 and he assured me he would find my mail today and get back to me today. Worst service ever and this is not the first time. Re Vamp this post office. it needs it
I want to know why our mail is so late the normal carrier I realize has problems and won't do her walking route but do we have to suffer by waiting. Yes I'm upset
What is going on now I have not received our mail for past 2 weeks on Thursday and Friday. Last week I had to pick it up at post office they said there was a dog running around there wasn't and I do not know what they will say this week yes I'm upset I have important stuff in it and last week I had medication I need everyday.

The local Atwater postmaster general must have his head up his ass. They came and changed our neighbor hood mail box with no notice at all. No new keys old keys don't work. So during a time of covid you want everybody to come to the postoffice stand in line to get keys to get my mail.
The least you could of done was attach a notice to new box or gave the carrrier the keys to distribute. You could have given advance notice. Stupidity must be a prerequisite to be in charge or to be postmaster
Atwater is SO SMALL, I doubt they receive the amount of mail L.A post offices do and they sent my package BACK to L.A where it came from in 1 quick a** day. I would have been better off picking up the package PERSONALLY FROM ATWATER I live 15 mins away and they sent my sh*t the complete opposite way how does that happen ? Ya’ll need to recognize AREA’s AROUND YOU, Truly inconvenient to read my package was “Missent”.
as of probably the last 6 months my letters are taking an accessive amount of time to reach there destination, so far my issues have been with mailing pool fresh in Atwater ca and I had to hand deliver my tax bill because the letter did not show up till probably two months, currently I mailed off the pool fresh check on 2/3/20, it still has not arrived, do you know whats going on ?
I don’t like that we don’t have the same mail person delivering my mail everyday. I’ve had my mail opened and stolen and I’ve tried to reach anyone at the office with no luck. I don’t drive so getting to you guys is a huge problem for me. I’ve never lived somewhere like this where I don’t have the same mail man/ woman everyday unless sick. And they almost always came at the same time. Here that almost never happens. Different person all the time never really consistent time. If we have outgoing mail but we don’t have mail that day we don’t get checked so our outgoing mail doesn’t get taken. We still get mail from people who haven’t lived here in over 2+ years and we’ve told them that or written on the envelope or put the envelope on outgoing they just put it right back in our box 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️.
