How come you keep sending back my packages? It is very frustrating going thru the process of ordering things online only to have you send them back to the sender once they arrive at your post office. Then I have to go thru hoops to get my money refunded to me and then once again have to place a new order and so it goes. Just so you know P.O. Box 2094 belongs to Jon and Melanie Vattuone who live at 2786 Alpine Way Arnold Ca 95223-2094. My last package was returned to sender by you and your reason to the sender was that my address is unknown to you. So now you know our address. Please do not send back the package for me that arrived to you on 7/23!!

Well, you sent back my book that arrived to your post office on 7/23. I was so looking forward to reading that book while on vacation. Very disappointed. In addition, you crammed into my PO Box a protective envelope stamped with “do not bend” on it and the special photo inside was bent in several places; my relative paid $4 to send that photo to me so it would not get bent. Poor customer service!

It would be really helpful if the Arnold post office actually answered the phone. Been trying for 20 min. Great customer service?? I think not
