Over the last several months, I have not received 1) a pension check 2) a personal check sent from a family member 3) Tax return information from an Investment Company 4) an Amazon package. This has not been a problem until this recent period. Methinks you have a thief onboard! I would like to report to Postal service for most reliable result, but not clear on how to do that.

We usually have a carrier lady who is always friendly, kind, and efficient. We live on Pierce st where we usually have 2 ladies come around. I think both ladies have the same name Linda. In any case, the encouter with the other Linda who came to deliver today on 4/3 on Pierce st has never been pleasant. In fact, it's upsetting enough that I am here writing a negative review. It's very unfortunate to have to do this because our usual Linda is very nice, helpful and reliable. I did not make a big deal out of it when few of my packages from my mother went missing when the other Linda was on duty. However, today, when she just brushed me away and told me to "just go to the post office" when I asked about my Expressed mail that I specifically rescheduled to be redelivered on Saturday 4/1 but never came. I had rescheduled it via USPS.com on 3/27 (Mon) when it was first delivered. I waited until 4/1 because that was the only time I could arrange the time to be home. If I could come in to post office to check, I would have gone to pick it up last week and not wait this long. I really wish she would never be assigned to our area as when things go missing or wrong, it's always her. Last time, when few package went missing, I showed her the "sorry we missed you"form. She took it to redeliver, and never came back. I went in to the post office after that, but no one was able to find the package. If anything goes wrong again with her, I will bring it to main post office's attention, and possibly have police involve to investigate possible theft. The first time, I thought the packet could get lost and gave benefit of doubt. But, this time, as it was something we all have been waiting for to arrive from overseas and was not inexpensive product. I hope there will be some action on this lady even if it's only based on her negative customer service attitudes that cancels out all the great work other staff around here are doing. thank you,
