I went to the passport area today and Kathrine is intense.
When it was my turn, I handed her the paperwork and she informed me I had to fill out my parents' information. Before I got done telling her I had no kids, she pointed to the area and said, "Do you see the word 'minor' there?" That was harsh. When I said you must say that a lot, she said, "All day long."
That being the case, that area needs to be reworded so anyone with or without kids KNOWS they need to fill that out.
She also says everything quickly. That is frustrating because it is not always easy to keep up and absorb everything she said.
Two employees should work in that area and not just her.

We are a commercial business. Often times on Mondays we don't get mail or have a pick up. Today again our packages were not picked up. We do need to have service weekday.
Our regular route driver is very good. I think these skipped pick ups happen on her days off. Is there a number we can call if it looks like we haven't received service?

Hello, I have scheduled a pick up for the last 4 days in a row and each time, my packages have not been picked up. They are outside at 7am and I bring them back inside at 7pm after I'm home from work each day. Today I received a voicemail from Rosemary asking me not to schedule a pick up when there is nothing to be picked up. There are currently 6 packages at my door waiting to be picked up, just like the last 3 days. I NEED someone to pick up and scan my packages for shipping. Can you please have the mail carrier pick up these items at our mailbox 6810 E Gelding scottsdale 85254. These were actually delivered to our neighbors to the west they conveniently dumped them at our door. Address does not exist on our block. Thank you.

While waiting in line today, a customer wearing his mask below his nose engaged in a conversation with a postal employee for several minutes. In order to proceed to the next clerk available I needed to pass through the air space of this individual. Why did the postal worker not request the customer wear his mask appropriately? Please envy your staff to speak up!!!
Early official ballots are incorrectly placed in tenants mail boxes.

Ballots have the apartment # on it. Maricopa cty recorder has been contacted and the Rep. & Dem parties of AZ. Don't trust to mail our ballots in by mail by this post office.
trying to locate a package you said you attempted delivery on Aug 6, 2020. its August 11 and you haven't updated the tracking or delivered the package. On top of all that great service, you won't answer your phone to help me out. UPS or Fed Ex next time, I guess. I try to support the USPS, but the service is rotten.
I live on E. Keim Dr. and invariably at least twice a week my mail ends up in my neighbor's mailbox. This doesn't only happen to me it happens to our entire community. I would hope that these mail carriers would be more responsible. It is my understanding that we are a training area and if that is the case we would really like a more permanent mail carrier who can read addresses. It is very frustrating and shouldn't be! This has been going on for years and at one point cost me as substantial increase in my insurance because I didn't receive the notice which the insurance company stated they had sent.
I have lived here for 35 years. Never have I had to wait until 6 or after 5:30 pm on virtually everyday for my mail.

I figured they were measuring their progress as I have never been waiting till it’s dark to get my mail. The latest ever was 4pm.
When I moved here it was by 11am.
Why is it always so late. I live less than 5 minutes from the office off Hsyden.
Did their territory get expanded? Do they have issues? This started way before the holidays so it’s not because of that.
Have always enjoyed good service but this needs explanation.
Is there any way to appeal when it’s delivered?
On November 27th a mail basket was found on the road at Chaparral and Hayden rd. The mail was all over the road. My friends and I picked up most of it. We left the basket on the railing on the corner. Pretty poor on the delivery persons part.
Yesterday our mail was not delivered nor was our outgoing picked up. The same was true for the business next door. We know Craig is on vacation but usually even the subs do decent jobs of getting the job done.
Your phone gives the recorded message but when it finally gets to please stay on the line, it gives only a busy signal
This is a decidedly mixed review of the postal service at The Regal complex in Scottsdale, AZ (85259).
On the plus side, our regular carrier is cordial and consistent in delivering the mail each day.
Relief carriers, however, leave much to be desired: Today, for instance, it's almost two hours past our normal delivery time, and the carrier has yet to appear. Saturday (12/14/2018) the relief carrier arrived almost 5 hours later than the usual deliv ery time and failed to close the back panels of the community mail box.
Good customer service is based, in part, on consistent effort and that's lacking every time a relief carrier is utilized. Thus, it's not surprising that the USPS is losing so much money and, in the process, mail traffic.
Our carrier keeps putting mail in our mailbox that is not ours. I write a note to him to redeliver to correct address but he just ignores it and keeps putting mail in my box that is not ours. I tried to submit a complaint online but there is no submit button. I tried to call several times but am put on hold for over an hour and still no answer
Your group of clowns can’t seem to get a package delivered. I have sent package after package and they never get to the location. When they do the contents are emptied. You are by far the worst I have experienced. And yes it is on your end.

The "automatic" doors of the Post Office are not automatic, and have been minimally improved with "repairs". The doors are now more difficult to use, especially for a person who is handicapped.
