I had my mail forwarded on the USPS form April 13, 2020. I still have not received mail and packages in this two weeks. When I call it's over an hour wait and then a disconnect. I've tried doing it online and that site wanted a one time fee of 24.95.

Let me start with if Jean is Right everyone should request ecc report be filled on this office.we pay the same as everyone else why don't we have like every other town this size.esppecially if they are that busy.
Incompetent lazy rude lazy oh did I say incompetent !! That put the wrong mail in my box often.usps lost alot of $ last year and it's postmasters like this that should be held accountable.he is definitely pregides.thay returned my package next day and can't seem to get the yellow slip in my box in three days.thay bought take lunch same time and close for an hour why ? Dirty unorganized please file ecc report.

The post master is Mexican and I really believe he hates white people.
I live here year round and have seen him interact with Mexican and whites.

I tracked my package and it said it was delivered to the post office on Thursday and their saying it's not there! It's important medication and I still haven't gotten it! What can I do?

Although it’s common knowledge that the population of Quartzsite jumps expotently in winter, the post office refuses to add personal. I was just there; were 55 people in line (I counted) and there was only one clerk at the counter. Why can’t this be addressed?

If you wintered out in Quartzsite like did for the last 2 years.2016-2017 now WE TRY HARD TO STAY AWAY...now we just wait till we go to Parker.. north 32 miles to Walmart. Walmart is also the worst join in town...out of everything what a jungle.
Without a doubt the most understaffed ,rude post office we have ever been in.
Now we are trying to retrieve a box that they ( my children) sent to us after we left.. NOTHING cant even call them as nobody answers the phone!.
Next year we will spend it down in Yuma.. a town with class and lots of good shopping and friendly post offices from which to pick from.

Been here three weeks. Always a long line. Dirty office lobby. 22 people in line. Second person in back but not helping. Package sent to me returned to sender same day. Employees do not make every attempt to deliver mail. In line two customers that o talked to were there for same reason. Please file an ecc report on this office if you have trouble!! Lets get the customer service corrected Retired proud postmaster.

The Post Office In Quartzsite, AZ if very understaffed for the thousand of snow birds that descend on them from November through March of each year. I am impressed with their patience and courtesy. They have two thumbs up from me.

Why do the employees here appear so angry and put out if you enter the building. Rude treatment is what I recieved and other coustomers beside me took it also. I asked about a shipping box and was treated as if I were a moron. The display was empty and the mexican employee told me to come back tomorrow ! He would not hand me an empty one across the counter. Angry dude ? SO QUIT !

Some fool that could not even speak fluent English and really do not know how he got hired tried to intimidate me, and even threaten me with physical assault by squaring off at me in the boxing position because I had to go a nature call or 10-100 in code 100 terminology back in January 23, 2009, then another idiot from Noem Alaska also went postal on me. These employees lack college education and human relations. The postal service instead of keeping the efficient employees keeps the bad and rotted apples.

I sent a letter to a direct address, and I need to know if that letter will be delivered to that address or if it will be awaitng pick up at the Post Office? it was addressed to La Mesa RV???

the post master in Quartzsite az is very stupid. He tells me one way then tells me different way the next day some shippers like ups have to have a physical address .If you put a po box on the order they will not deliver. the post master only uses by po box # They sent back am order that didn't have a po box in front of the # please respond

I got treatment due to major depression disorder at the hands of two clerks, and the postmaster, and when I returned they had a new employee whom could not even pass the exam to work the retail counter. To bad I was not there to serve you Bennie, because I would have researched and provided guidance in order to serve you on the best course in getting your mailing needs. I would have even coordinated with the UPS delivery driver "team work", I was able to transfer to another facility, however, the dirty laundry from Quartzsite kept following me, and when I finally underwent hernia surgery a day before the surgery I got a notice of removal. I do empathize with you Bennie, and I do miss being a public servant at the USPS unfortunately no politician or other USPS authority have the loyalty to aide me in getting re instated.
