I tried calling since this morning, anyhow, I paid for my mail box online on 3/31/22 and my box is locked. Is the office open today? I have to travel a ways to get there. I just want to make sure I can take care of this when I get there. Please respond if possible, thx.
I received a call from my healthcare patient registration today. My mail is returned from Pinon Post Office. I went there today and checked my mail and I clearly received my other mail address to me and the POB #. So what is going on? Why are my mail being sent back to Hopi Healthcare Center? My appointments are IMPORTANT! Get it right postal workers!
twice, now that I've had my package shipped back. The package was only there for 1 1/2 before I tried picking it up. Come to find out, that the Postal employees shipped by package. This happened twice now. They made no attempt to try to deliver my package. I describe them the package to them and yet. They told me that the package had no postal number on it! Even though I showed them the tracking number. They are very rude. I don't know how they got hired.
The Piñon Post Office is downright despicable. The service is appalling & the deliveries are horrible. What's worst, is that the employees are awful. They show no respect to the customers. They need a proper education in manners & etiquette in the workplace. In my opinion, they should replace all the current workers with people more suitable & unlazy for the job. That's just my observation. These employees are clearly unprofessional & unqualified for their jobs.
I ordered a package from an online store, Its been a whole 2 weeks I have not received my package. The online store provided me with a tracking number and reported that they delivered it to my local post office. I went right when it stated it was available for pick-up. I went twice that day, nothing. I went the next day, still nothing. It became the weekend and they were closed so I decided to wait. Came Monday and still nothing. For the past days I have been checking and still nothing. The ladies were rude and no help what so ever. I think they may have stolen it I don’t know, but whatever they did, I have not received my package and I am very upset.
is the mail really put out until 4pm everyday? it didn't use to be like this. or is the postal worker being lazy because i come into the post office and she is either walking around doing nothing or talking on the phone and it does not sound like a business call. shouldnt they be working all day if they are getting paid?
