you have not delivered the accumulated mail, post the mail-hold. Please advise. No one answers your phone at the office. Attempted multiple days and at all hours. May you please answer your phone or allow messages to be left? I see this is an ongoing problem with your phones.

Used a self service kiosk in California. The only envelope they had at the kiosk, I used and applied proper postage for a standard priority mail. Evidently the envelop was for overnight and I indicated and paid for regular priority. My error, unfortunately they delivered it as an overnight package and wanted me to pay an additional $17 on top of the $7.50 I already paid. Not worth the items (which was probably only worth $10...but something I would have like to have had. Too bad. My error, but not wonderful customer service given that it was only option I had on distribution end and I had provided correct postage for what I needed. No forgiveness to a 50 year customer and taxpayer.
