My male mailperson is incredibly lazy. He shoves mail into the mailbox that does not fit, bends envelopes, etc. Can you not get out of your vehicle? I believe you are getting paid for your job, correct? He just bent all my new labels that I need for an event. He is pathetic! I don't understand why people are so lazy. Would you want your mail trashed upon delivery?

I’ve never had an issue with this post office. I run a business so a lot of packages are priority mail. They always depart quickly! When I moved into my current home we kept getting robbed by the previous owner so we have a keyed box now that’s never had issues either. Otherwise, I’ve only had one order say “Delivered” but never arrived. If it’s busy, it’s the customers!

i’ve been in the house i am in for the past 3 and a half years and they still don’t know how to put mail in the right box. it states very, VERY clearly on the mailbox and the mail that THEY’RE delivering what unit is which. yet they still don’t have the common sense to do it correctly. i am very disappointed in the responsibility and work this post office produces.

We recently moved from one address to another in Marana. Posted a change of address on line. The mailbox at my new residence is keyed. The seller returned the mailbox keys to the post office. The lady at the counter of Marana PO says she does not have the keys. She claimed the PO never accepts keys, but then I called the previous owner, (Susan) of my house, and had her talk to the PO employee, who was reluctant to talk to Susan. She finally had to agree that she did accept the keys and turn them over to the carrier but she did not provide to us the carriers name or means to contact him. And was also not willing to contact him for us. She will call me the next day after talking to the carrier but I never heard from her. So now 2 more days of wait, as they are closed on weekend. She was rude, unwilling to help. Now where do we get the keys? Why did she accept the keys only to turn them over the carrier. As a tax paying citizen, where can I go for help? I am caught between a rock and a hard place. Federal Government needs to look into this problem. What is happening with our mail? Is it legal to keep us from getting our own mail?

Wtf is going on with these people who “work” at this post office. I dare call it work when I can speak for every person that lives out here where I live we don’t ever get our mail. Oh they say “ you had a slip from the postman in your box” I beg to differ special person I absolutely did not have a slip in my box telling me where the f my mail is. And why omg why can’t the actual postman get it right?!?! So frustrating to watch the post man hand deliver a package to my roommate at night to top it off and I can’t find my mail that’s supposed to be a given to show the f up every single week day magically in my box. I imagine these post office people would love to pay me and hundreds others back for late payments, opportunities missed, packages missing to the Bermuda Triangle shit hole of marana???? Right. They don’t care.

I have ordered and re-ordered the same package 3 times and each time it says its been delivered to my mailbox but is not in there but the regular mail is. I'm not sure where to go to get my mail if it keeps disappearing when I order packages and they dont show up. It would be one thing if it was left at my gate and stolen but the fact is it says it was put inside my mailbox and when I get the mail there is no package to be seen.

This post office can’t ever seem to do it’s job correctly. They lie about making delivery attempts, and Never follow delivery instructions. Today is 18 July 2020 and I was supposed to have four items delivered to my doorstep per delivery instructions. I received a message from Amazon saying the USPS attempted a delivery twice this morning, once at 0717, and another at 0728. They Never came, I was outside from 0630 until 1000 and they Never attempted to deliver anything. I tried calling the post office and they aren’t even open on weekends because of the Covid-19 epidemic. So this post office not only has a problem doing it’s job, they will lie about it too.

Very disappointed that we are never notified when our mail is not going to be delivered. This has happened multiple times. There was very important mail that we were supposed to get but failed to get yesterday because the carrier never dropped off mail. I was home all day and we also have a security camera for our mailbox. No one ever came by. This is not right and it is illegal to hold mail and not notify the individual why the mail was held. Also have tried calling multiple times to the post office and all it will say is busy and you can never get through during the business hours. More then likely because they know people are calling wondering why mail wasn’t delivered again. Very disappointed in marana post office carriers. They are either super late or never show up and never is there an explanation for what is going on.

To whom it may concern, I really am not the type to complain, but our female mail carrier needs to learn some manners. She stated that my vehicle needed to be be 30 feet away from the mail box. I looked around and most of our neighbors are even closer to the mail box than I was. If this is true, I would like a hard copy provided to me and all our neighborhood for that matter. I mentioned that we were in the middle of jumping the vehicle and she said it was there on Saturday too. She may have a good memory, but she does not listen or pay attention. I would like her Supervisor/Manager to reach out due to her lack of customer service and inconsiderate behavior. Thank you, A San Lucas Resident

December 10, 2018 Mr. Larry Blair The fish stinks from the Head. Postmaster General & Chief Executive Officer, Megan J. Brennan please take notice. From there it putrifies to cabbage patch land in Marana, Arizona,as well as to Ronda Carrington, Area Consumer Affairs Manager,Phoenix, AZ, and Betty Fry, Consumer Affairs,Phoenix,AZ. It then makes a home in Marana, AZ to Postmoron Ron Kingman and all of his foxes guarding his henhouse. From here the fish stink envelops the hell in the fluorescent light shambles of an office. The bitter end from here on presents rudeness to all of us insignificants, which produces the following: 1. Bad tracking of Certified mail, with notices left in the mailbox, without visitation to the door. 2. Daily?(SOMETIMES) and/or daily time differences for deliveries. 3. Jamming mail into the box like stuffing a camel· through the eye of a needle. 4. The outsourced mail delivery carrier company that hires their personnel with set LOW standards, and consistently fails to achieve them. 5. Constant busy signals at the post office. 6. When lucky you get a guy like Ron Kingman. He does not hide any pomposity as a blatant LIAR by all who have any brain matter in their bean. Contemptible USPS, you have turned into, truly,a Third World autocracy!

Trying for months to complain about my carrier skipping my mail box (WITH THE FLAG UP) usually stopping only if he has to when there's something to go in. He & the supervisor Ron Kingman don't care to do anything about it & just call me a liar.

The postal service will not accept complaints on their website as they do not recognize an address that has been a residence in Marana Arizona for over 20 years. I have tried and tried to email a complaint and THE POST OFFICE does not know where I live, it says not a valid address. So here is my complaint. Carrier refuses to go to our residence to deliver packages to a disabled couple that cannot get out to go pick up items at the post office or at local companies. We depend on delivery of food , also goods and services and feel it is wrong to promise a delivery and say that a package was undeliverables because they did not want to go to the residence of the person it was too. We live in apartments and they left the sender a note that said that business was closed when in fact we were home and we are not a business . Also I find it lutricus that the POST OFFICE does not recognize a 20 year old address as our residence. I feel that this should be corrected as we are not able to run go pick up a package and the post office gets paid to do this .
