The literal worst post office I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They refuse to give you your packages because they “aren’t sorted” and will mark your mail “held at post office” when the delivery guy was too lazy to deliver it. Then they won’t update the tracking and tell you you’re SOL when you drive down there

The lady postal worker that delivered my mail on November 15, 2023 was NOT my regular lady. But this postal worker ALWAYS delivers my packages to my neighbor and my mail to my mail box. The mail and packages have the same name and address but she can't deliver both to me. This lady has done this for the pass couple of years. I think a little retraining is needed.

I have tried to call several times and your line is busy. I cany find a way to communicate with the LHC Post Office on line. I need you to hold my business mail as I mistakingly took the mail box key with me out of town and won't be back until April 26th 2023. my mail box address is 94 Acoma Blvd S Suite 100 Lake Havasu City AZ 86403 Thnaks

The miss delivery of mail and packages to Stonebridge Fairways residents is unacceptably frequent. It's so frustrating.

There are some really lazy employees out there. Not all, but some. Do the job you were hired to do.

I get these daily emails from the USPS showing the mail that I will be receiving today but ... I have not had mail for 3 days. I know the carriers are over worked but please!

I have mailed cards to the same person with the correct address. I just got a 2nd card back "Return to Sender-Not Deliverable" I assume your mail carriers don't know where Shoshone Drive is located? ? ? I wasn't aware delivering mail was soooo difficult. . . .

Am I mistaken what the red arm is for? Maybe it’s to let the home owner know the postal carrier has delivered. I thought it was for alerting the postal carrier there was out going mail. It has now been 9 times in the last year my carrier has not taken the mail, but does put the arm down. I don’t get it. She did it yesterday again, so I put the arm back up after I got my delivered mail to possibly get her to take it today. But today she had to carry the mail and a box up to our front door. She then walked by the box, put the arm down and drove away, again not taking the outgoing mail. I must be mistaken what that red arm is for or maybe I don’t have it at the exact proper angle required by USPS rules.

Is Stevie wonder delivering the mail now? 4 times in 2 weeks my packages have been delivered to other address's. This sucks.

What's with not picking up the mail??!! 2nd time in a week and a half, my mail was NOT picked up on cat claw lane.

Whoever delivers packages cannot read!!!! Posted on front door "deliver only to side door" of private home. They just ignore sign. It's been up for 3 years. Regular daily mail carrier gets it right, ups, and FedEx get it right. How about the usps???

Please CANCEL the forwarding order for Scott Trudeau, 2536 Sunchief Lane, Lake Havasu City, AZ. We have requested this cancelation at least 3 times and yet things are still being forwarded to San Bernardino, CA. Again, please CANCEL the forwarding order!!! Thank you!

Unbelievable!!! Can you people not read??? Again my package was delivered to our neighbor. At least this time this neighbor was kinda enough to bring it to me. The last few packages I wasn’t so lucky, plus it caused a huge hassle with the companies I ordered from to get a refund or reorder. I have Meds delivered too my house, this package had my respiratory meds and other supplies. Please hire people that can read and do their job correctly. Note: I got a letter for another person last week that lives clear over on Industrial and I’m on Anita Ct. Now that is pure ignorance!

I live in an apartment complex. My name is written on the inside of my mailbox. The apartment number is literally right on the outside of the mailbox. WHY ARE MY PACKAGES AND MA KEEP GOING TO THE NEIGHBORS. I HAVE IMPORTANT PAPERWORK. STOP MESSING UP MAILMANS! OR MAIL WOMENS!

I'm just wondering why mail delivery is so inconsistent in the Chemehuevi Street/LN area? I've just moved over this way a few months ago and had never encountered this in Havasu before and i don't understand the reason for not having a pretty good idea of what time mail will be delivered. I mean anytime between 11:00 am and 5:00 pm is rediculous.

I get everyone's mail on Burke dr. but my own ????? what is worse no one ever returns mine !!! I have the courtesy to put theirs in their box.

I live of palisades and Catalina, the mail carrier continuously will skip over this apartment complex and puts my mail into the wrong slot almost everyday. It’s ridiculous how long it takes them to get you certain packages or mail after they have already arrived at the post office.

My carrier never picks up my mail when flag is up. This is the second time in a week. I've been doing this for 5 years...and have to take it to my business carrier whom does a great job always. Home address is 3210 Crater Dr. (Work address is 1525 Countryshire Ave.-Great Carrier). I now have to drive across town to PO to mail my letters.

I live on Mescalero Dr. And was just notified that our regular mail carrier no longer has this route AND that our street is now considered an "auxiliary route" and will have a different mail carrier every day. I would like to know why the change after 40 plus years of regular service.

If there was EVER a postal location that needs a 24-hour self service kiosk, it is Lake Havasu City!! I have stood in line so many times for 30 minutes or more when the matter I was there for could have been done by myself at a kiosk. We have never been to a city that doesn't have a well used self service kiosk. What an improvement this would be!!

I live in Sunlake Village. We regularly get our packages delivered to the wrong mail box. The key is in one and the package in another. Explain to me how come a grown/trained person with this job cannot put both items in the same mail box. I have strangers delivering my packages because it ended up in their box. Complaining to the postal service has done nothing. Eight years of this!!! Today...a key...no package!! I hope whoever got it will be kind enough to deliver it to me!!

i am the relief manager at M & M Storage and i just watched my postal carrier past my box that has the flag up and mail in it to be pick up go right past it very fast and didnt stop why this not the first time this has happened the address is 3360 sweetwater ave lake havasu city Arizona 86406

It has been over three days now that a package has arrived at the LHC Post Office and not ben delivered to our home.My son has kept track of the tracking number so we know where its been.Originally it stated that it would take approximately 6 working days from shipping and that was on April 24th.Monday May 1st was the 6th working day and it was in the LHC post office.Today its Thursday May 4th and by the tracking information it has it "possibly" being delivered today It has a "?" by it.This is ridiculous and unacceptable for LHC Post Office to not get that package to our home no later then the day after it enters the LHC facility

I have always praised the customer service in this office as the best I have ever received anywhere ... until today. I don't know the man's name (tall and slender) that helped me at about 11:00 am, but I have NEVER been treated so rudely anywhere. He was gruff and not helpful. I waited in line, he said he could help the next person in line, I told him that I wanted to stop the mail at my house because it was going to be a vacation rental, what did I need to do. He said take down the mailbox. I told him I didn't want to do that. He never took the scowl off of his face, he pointed at the other rep and said go ask her. I asked if I could do it on line. He waved me off and told me to go ask her. Sooo I got back in line, spoke with one of the fabulous clerks I normally get and she handled it quickly and with a smile. If he doesn't want to be helpful, then he should not be at the counter.

We love our residential service providers and the folks at the front desk of the post office and substation are friendly and helpful. You either need to clarify or need to update your website as the hours posted for pickup services are not the current operating hours. I guess I should give the postmaster an orchid for only trying to verbally humiliate my wife for 30 seconds in the lobby when she came by to pick up a package (of delicate and expensive medical equipment urgently needed that had been mistakenly mailed USPS instead of as we requested by Fed Ex or UPS by a third party) because it was addressed to our office, when the commercial postman refuses to come because of a dog phobia, rather than our PO Box. If you were't in government service, you would be fired for such unprofessional behavior. Every other PO I've worked with would have just put the box in our PO Box and smiled. It is a friendly small town here otherwise.

Actually, they are some of the friendliest postal workers I've known. Postal employees work under arduous, antiquated work rules. Congress refuses to allow them to make changes that would result in higher efficiency and better service.Thank you to all the LHC PO employees!

These guys SUCK!!!! They hired the stupidest people they could find. And they know that they can do whatever they want an get away with it. The postal system doesn't work anymore shut it down!!!
