We are a business that has NOT received ANY mail in three days...not even an advertisement! The mail person was putting the mail in the wrong mailbox, I put a note on the wrong mailbox to let them know, and that worked for a while, but now I'm not getting ANY mail! That just does not seem right and I can't get in touch with anyone at the main post office!

I have been in the post office twice this week. Called 3 times this week and still have had no mail delivered since Thursday the 7th. I don't know what I can do. My wife is disabled and a lot of the time we have medical stuff coming.

ok, I am tired of this, i we pay money for items to be shipped, then we don't get them, because of incompetence, first off, my mail was not delivered yesterday, or a package, i found out the street was supposedly blocked off and the postman was told not to deliver, well here it is 5:12, and still no mail, or packages, they claim all the regular postman, got new routes, I AM TIRED OF THIS, THAT SUBSTITUES,AND REPLACEMENT POSTMEN DONT KNOW HOW TO READ, AND THAT WOMAN THAT RANDOMLY ANSWERS THE PHONE, BASICALLY WALKS AROUND TH BUSH AND NEVER GIVES A STRAIGHT ANSWER, KINGMAN POST OFFICE SUCKS, INCOMPENTENT, THEY DONT CARE IF US PEOPLE LOSE MONEY AND THEY DONT DO THE JOB, I WANT MYMAIL, IS THE POST OFFICE GOING TO RECOUP MY MONEY, OR PAY MY ULTILITIES, BCEAUSE I DONT HAVE THEM TO PAY, OH YES, TWO OF MY UTILITY BILLS WERE COMING IN THE MAIL, AND NOT DELIVERED, REAL NICE, DO YOUR JOB...........

first off not happy, that none answers the phone, mail carriers are not doing their job, I was supposed to have mail and packages on Saturday, the packages weren't delivered until 8:00 at night. Then the mail, that was supposed to be in box, wasn't, it arrived Sunday, Now, today, Monday November 20, I am supposed to have packages and mail, I still have not seen no mail, and it is 2:34, items was out for delivery, and now stating not till Tues, what is going on, my mail is usually in my box or on my porch, by noon, or earlier. Also, a lot of the replacement carriers don't do their job, they drive on by, and won't deliver a package, this not cool. also, when you go to drop off a package, half the time the tumbler drum is stuck, also not cool.

FYI, don't use the self-service kiosk in the Lobby. I used it a few weeks ago (Oct 2023) for a package only to find the scale must be off because the package I sent to my mother charged her an addition $3 upon delivery. I tried to notify the PO, by calling but NO one will answer their phone in the office to inform them and the 800 number will not contact them either.

Our mail carrier is so rude and only delivers when he want!!!! I have complained but postmaster does not care. Don't know how to get the mail carrier to do his job correct and when I try to talk to him he ignores me and drives a way fast so he doesn't have to talk to me.

I am a retired postal supervisor. Rockford Il. Kingman post office has horrible customer service. You can call no one answers. Rings and rings then goes to busy signal. I know someone is available to answer phone. Post master should be ashamed.

On Saturday I went out to get my mail and seen that my mail box was smashed. It appears that it was struck by the mail truck. What do I do?

I would like to compliment the USPS counter personnel in Kingman, AZ on Johnson. Although there is usually a line & 15-20 minute wait for assistance the staff is conscious of this & even will say, "thank you for your patience". I find this sort of customer care rare. Most if not all other places could care less how long you wait, especially in Kingman. Thank you for treating us like our time matters.

I live in Meadview. The Kingman post office is refusing to deliver my mail. This is so frustrating. Maybe we need a new postmaster.

Our community mail box has had doors falling off since Christmas (it was now April). Peoples mail is literally blowing away and they continue to stuff packages in mailboxes without doors. I call every month and ask for them to fix it. Nothing has yet to be done.

I would like to know why my package says delivered when it hasn't been. Our mail carrier has a problem saying things were delivered when they were NOT. I have tried to talk to the supervisor, but nothing is done! She needs retraining or a firing

Why are packages not delivered to the residents?

Getting mail at 8pm is bad, but you know what's worse? NOT getting mail at 8pm but being informed by the tracking page that it was DELIVERED at 6:51pm! Two packages were not only mis-delivered, but ACCEPTED by whoever lives at the location they were delivered to. Not only is my account information and other personal information compromised if they opened my packages, but they will be charged with MAIL FRAUD, just because the postal service decided to hire idiots to deliver mail after dark. According to the carriers I spoke to trying to track down my stuff, their GPS records will show exactly where the delivery was made... BUT THEY COULDN'T VERIFY THAT IT WAS BEING DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT LOCATION!

I have not had my all my mail go to my mail box since I moved here. I have a postal worker who puts it in any mailbox. I have a few important letters coming and I am hoping it doesn't go to some loser who will either steal it or throw it away. If it goes in someone else's , I will take matters to another level

So sad!!!! We need our community mail boxes moved in closer! They keep getting broke into.

I have had nothing but issues from the mail lady in my area, I receive at least 4 items a week of mail for different addresses, and today she marked that she delivered a package but it wasn't too my house, that one cost me over 30 dollars. If someone can't do the job, they should not have the position.

I paid for my key to my cluster mailboxes on the 24th of June.. I still don't have a key because? I was told the person that makes the key is on vacation... (that's now two weeks ago).. Why should this affect my ability to get my packages at my door? This should NOT stop the mail because somebody goes on vacation.. 👉let somebody else make the key👈.. Amazon has notified me, my packages "should be delivered to my door", large packages have nothing to do with a small mailbox.. I've already paid for the key $40.. Monday I will have to come in once again, this time pick up some heavy packages.. BTW I'm 75 years old, I shouldn't have to go through all this trouble because somebody isn't making the key to my mailbox therefore NOT delivering packages that makes no sense... There's no reason large packages can't be dropped off at my door.. A couple of the packages are going to be very heavy and I'm going to need somebody help me carry these out to my car.. This whole process isn't necessary when the packages could have been left at my front door.. This is a house it's NOT an apartment, Amazon, Alexa notify me when my packages are being delivered.. I hate to complain but it seems like my mail isn't delevered daily. I'll go a week without receiving any mail and then any given day I'll receive up to 10 bills etc all at once. Not very pleased with the services.

I moved into our house on June 23rd. June 24th I purchased a key to the cluster mailboxes $40.. I paid for a key, no key.. The lady at the post office said, we can't give you the key because the person that makes the keys is on vacation.. So, because an employee goes on vacation I can't get my mail.. I drove back to the Post Office three different times, still no key,and one of the workers said, did we call you? If we didn't call you, then you don't have a key yet, total disrespect.. I have to pick up my packages and mail at the post office. They won't deliver my packages to the door, why? 👉they won't tell me why..Well I should say, one of the ladies that works at the post office said, I have to get my key first, it's been two weeks now, it's NOT my fault they don't give me the key I paid for.. Since when do large packages go into mailbox.. Now I have three heavy packages waiting at the post office, and I have to pick them up one by one to put them in the trunk of the car.. what in the world is wrong with this picture? 🥴

On May 15th, 2020 I watched our mail lady just fly by our mail box and the one down the street. Guess she had an important date... More important than my grandfather's meds, or my VA disability letters or my wife's unemployment stuff. Real neat. 10/10 would love if she got fired. She delivers super late if at all. Going in to speak to the postmaster in the Morning, and have already contacted the Inspector General of USPS

On April 9th I put a Priority Mail Flat Rate envelope in the blue mailbox in the lobby of the Main Kingman Post Office. It has never been scanned in and appears to be lost. Called and got recording. I left name and number and never got a call back. Today (April 18th) I expected a package and tracking showed it was delivered to my mail box. Checked and package is not there. This Post Office is a neighborhood joke. It would help if they stay off their cell phones and pay attention to their jobs. I have made complaints in the past and had the employee just laugh. Who is in charge of this office anyway. They don't make it easy to report missing mail or make a complaint. No wonder the USPS is always in the red!

I was waiting for a package and it wasn't dropped because no secure area burt my wife and kids where home don't they come to the door what do they mean no secure area there are cars in the driveway dog barking the yard is fenced in what is not secure? BULLSHIT leave the package walk to the door and knock .

Why is the Mail person not taking the Mail I leave in my mail Box. I have a house payment in my Box and have received mail without the mail carrier taking my mail. I have been here since 2005 and the carrier has always taken my mail.

I lived in Golden Valley, till just recently my mail service has been anywhere between 430 and 5 PM. Last Saturday my mail was not delivered until about 6:50 PM. Today is Monday I’ve had mail out to be picked up and here it is 7:46 PM my mail has not been picked up neither has it been delivered, there seems to be some type a problem that we as customers are not aware of. My wife and I both receive medication from the VA and I find it inappropriate to leave the medication in my mailbox overnight. This type of service explains why the US Congress is always looking into the United States Postal Service. I hope if someone can give me an explanation for the time change. Thank you

Please move it to the right, across Stockton Hill Road in the middle of the grayed out building (which is the actual Kingman Post Office) close to Johnson. Mail was on hold 12/20/2016 not delivered on day it was to resume 12/27/2016 had to call to resume, expecting package for husband funeral, call order company on 12/29/16 they state USPS attempted delivery and left me a pick up notice on 12/21/2016 which I did not receive my mail was on hold... I need this package and pray it was not returned!

For no apparent reason our mail was not picked up or delivered today, Tuesday 11-1-16. What happened to the mail running through rain, sleet, and snow??? Apparently a nice sunny day fouls up the works! I had outgoing mail that needed to go!! NOT a very happy customer!
