Just an FYI, the Heber Post Office has a change in employee status. The former female employee was difficult and rude at best. There is a new female employee who is a absolute joy to work with. Very pleasant, courteous and willing to help with any questions or needs. Remarkable change, Heber courtesy at it’s finest!!!

The full time older lady in the Heber Post Office is the most unfriendly, rude person I have come across in a customer service job! She acts like she hates her job and I dont even want to deal with her. Unfortunately I have too
