Postal Locations

I live in Cooper Commons and some days we have a young lady that Subs for the regular post person. I wish to commend her for going above and beyond locating a package that was to be delivered yesterday. She found that it was delivered a few blocks away by the person she subs for and brought it to me, She is wonderful. You can tell her I said so.

So far, so good, Chandler Post Office. I hope all the information that is being reported about Voting-By-Mail, will not affect my post office, you! I cannot stand in line and wait for possibly many hours, because I am 77 and on oxygen. Voting-By-Mail is my only option. I hope you keep this in mind, Postmaster, and not do what this president is wanting you to do. I will most certainly retain an attorney and fight this in court by hook or my crook. No one has the right to interfere with my given rights to legally vote the way I choose. I appreciate your listening.

I have been waiting for much-needed medication to be delivered to my residence. After waiting approximately three days, I decided to call the pharmacy to see if the meds were shipped. To my surprise, I was told that the medication was returned as undeliverable? When I verified my address with the pharmacy clerk and thanked her, I immediately drove to the post office to speak with a manager. After standing in line for about 20 minutes, I was finally talking with a person named Candice, who I was told is a manager. After relating to her the situation she asked me for a tracking number, which I did not have. I said to her that there has got to be a way of finding out who it was that returned my package of medication to the pharmacy? I told her that I would be writing to the Post Master General, or the Postal Inspector. Which she indicated to me in so many words that it was my right. When I told her that I will get the tracking number and return tomorrow. I asked her for her position and she said that she did not have a posistion. I asked her if she was a manager and she told me that she was a "rural carrier" and that she was not a manager. This post office is the worst post office that I have used here. The keys for storage boxes are all bitten and chewed up, to get into a box you have to giggle the keys to open the locks, and the letter carrier constantly delivers to wrong addresses and not deliver mail at all. I cannot count how many times I have had to either deliver a piece of mail to a neighbor, or receive a piece of mail from a nieghbor. The managment in this station is appaling and generally worthless!

today at 5 pm the automated package system is down. no reason or to time posted. i wonder how long it has been and will be down. were going to UPS

MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED TO MY FRONT PORCH ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 5TH AT 12:35PM. IT WAS STOLEN! I NEVER RECEIVED IT. TRACKING #1Z097AE1YW39470591 I have filed a claim with the EVINE company. I WANT TO KNOW WHO WAS THE DRIVER!!!!!!!

We were tracking med delivery found out it was delivered 8/18 at 12:57. Question is WHERE was it delievered? Sure was not in our mail box. Chandler Hieghts office is now looking for it. If pills were out in this heat for four days will they be usable? Have lived here 14 yrs and have had problems almost monthly. Bills not deleivered, out going mail picked up and not reaching SRP for THREE months, etc, etc, etc. I now drive to post office walk inside to mail all bills.

My neighbors and I are tired of exchanging our mail at the end of the night. I can clearly see the difference between 1624 and 1630 North Bullmoose, why cant our postal worker? This has been going on for almost 5 years now. They are all in the same box but many of our neighbors are elderly and do not need to have this issue. I often cant get my mail for weeks because the lady that gets my mail is afraid to go outside, so we wait until someone comes over that can deliver. Works great right around Christmas when we don't get our packages until January. Please help us.

I never had a problem with my mail until this new mail man started a few months ago, my last name is on my mail box and he keeps putting my mail in my neighbors box no to mention im fighting disability and everything has been very important!!!! Almost making it were I got denied because of late paper work!!!! He has been sticking my wifes mail same address hanging half way out the mail box leading to mail being stolen.sometimes he doesn't even drop mail some day im figuring he just being lazy that day and puts my mail in the nieghbors instead.IF YOU GUYS WANT PROOF!!!! I HAVE PICTURES AND 16 CAMERA'S ON MY HOUSE !!!! IM ALWAYS HOME BECAUSE OF DISABILITY AND HE'S BEEN MAKING MY LIFE 10 TIMES HARDER . ESPECIALLY WHEN IM NOT GETTING MY BILLS OR DISABILITY LETTERS!!!! Critical pharmaceuticals were delivered to parcel box for 1420 E Folley Place, Chandler, Az 85225 at 2:29 PM Saturday, June 17th. NO PARCEL BOX KEY WAS LEFT AND SHIPMENT IS BEING DESTROYED BY EXTREME HEAT! Our son is awaiting liver transplant from the VA and timely deliveries are vital! Please redeliver to front door ASAP! The carriers for my address 5606 W. Buffalo will not pick up out going mail---we do not have a box for out going mail. Since our outstanding carrier left the service has been unacceptable. I have called about this problem and I am not the only one on my block that feels as I do. Thank you,

Whoever delivers at 3322 E. Roadrunner Dr. Chandler, AZ 85286 doesn't do his/her job correctly. I sent 3 Christmas cards to my family at that address. Two made it fine and the third came back "Return To Sender, Attempted-Not Known, Unable to Forward". WHY??? Because somebody needs fired for not doing their job correctly.
