I just don't understand how the casa grande post office can have a rude and just that a person who can hide a fugitive just because he's her brother also can approved that her brother having raping a 12 yr old then the girl is considered mental ill she was evaluated by a doctor to she was in 6the grade was at a kindergarten level because of her disability I never thought that a place like you guys would hire someone like that her name is Claudia Romo I know you guys wouldn't like it if this made it onto the media cuz I got it in black-and-white on a paper where she's blaming this poor girl at the time 12 years old and what I mean by hiding she knows where he's at her and her family take to him food .but if I have to I would like to speak to someone that's higher than whoever here at the Casa Grande postal office if this can be taken care ofcuz the way I see it if it was one of your family members would you guys approve of it would you guys even want her working there


I haven’t been receiving packages. So far two of my packages have been lost and others have been just thrown over my fence for my dogs to get ahold of. I have contacted the seller of my packages and they responded with they have been delivered to my address. I am very dissatisfied with our carrier. I would like to know whom I have to speak to about this matter


I’m doing click and ship, printing my own labels, but the package drop is locked in the morning when I walk to the Post Office. I’m sending both boxes and envelopes with masks for friends and family and not interested in standing in line. I’m usually there between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m.


Terrible service from the Casa Grande AZ office. Packages are not delivered as scheduled. Inaccurate information given as reason for late / non delivery. Never get to speak to a live person or even leave a voice mail message when you call the local office. Tracking # 9402109206094598518367 is a perfect example of the terrible quality service provided.


I package was never delivered because the mail lady didn't have it on her truck yet. Said she would go get it and it's 7:11 p.m. where is my package. When I was a soldier we relied on the Postal service. 1206 E Judi St.


This is not a complaint about your office, but my complaint is in regard to one of your delivery men. He delivers the mail to Mission Royals, specifically to Firerock, Laura Lane etc. He is extremely rude and uncooperative. I have heard several complaints about him, so I know it’s just not me. Today I got there as he’s sorting the mail. Asked him if was too large to mail one. He not only didn’t answer but hurummphed when I tried to put it in the outgoing. Then I watched him slam the door shut and of course, did not take the outgoing, of which there were several pieces.


The Postal worker that you had working my route yesterday was fantastic! She was first rate. I hope she can take over every day.


My Christmas shipment from Amazon was lost never arived my grandkids didnt get presents . I couldnt get know help from Amazon are usps


Absolutely the worst employees ever. I am vacationing here and made 3 trips there to mail items home. Each experience was bad. Dustin and the woman with long blonde hair and glasses were so very unprofessional. Not just to me either. If you can go to another store do so. And who cares if they read the reviews, maybe they would realize their errors or the postmaster can retrain them on customer service.


I have been trying to pay my Po box rental payment on line. It keeps jumping to other areas and not letting me pay my fees. I am unable to get in to the office due to medical issues and would appreciate if someone can call me today 5/31 so I can give you the credit card number. Thank you


800 help phone number was no help at all. 20-30 minute wait time is ridiculous!! Yes, I did try to find an answer online.
