Got a notification today that a package that I had been waiting for had been delivered to my mailbox. I walk down to the mailbox, open it up expecting to see the key so I could retrieve it from the larger mailbox....NO KEY!! AGAIN!! This happens more often than not...WHY???? You have one freakin job to do.....if you have 10 packages to deliver to 10 different people....you should be missing 10 keys at the end of your route....how difficult is that to figure out?? And on Monday when the mail person comes back....you would assume that they would recognize they made a mistake and didn't leave the key...but noooo...that makes too much sense. Even though the package that they left on Saturday is still sitting there....they won't put 2 + 2 together. I'll have to track them down in the community and ask for a key. Freakin ridiculous!! You guys suck so bad! I've lived in 4 different states...you guys are BY FAR, the most incompetent P.O. that I've ever experienced. It wouldn't allow me to give you a ZERO STAR rating.....feel thankful that you got a 1 star rating. DO BETTER....STOP SUCKING!

In short, I received a key in my mailbox to retrieve a larger package in the dedicated box and the lock would not engage. I called the Buckeye PO and spoke to Akeem. I explained the situation and that I was not the only customer with the same issue with the same box. He collected pertinent information and said he was putting in a work order to have locks replaced. He explained that as it was late in the day and the persons on the route had returned to base, he probably could not have my package delivered until tomorrow, which I completely understood. He apologized and stated he would still see what he could do, and call me back with an update. Within 30 minutes of ending our conversation, the package was delivered to my front door! I immediately received a call from him notifying me it had to be delivered to my door. He was sincere, apologetic, and thorough in crossing all theT's and dotting all the I's. Grateful for the kindness, ease, quickness, and thoroughness that his customer service offered!

Akeem Oguntad was so helpful in assisting me with a packge issue today. Within an hour he found my package and put the correct address on it. It was delivered today as he promised. He went above and beyond to help me today and I want him to know I am so grateful I am for this! 5 star service!!

Didn't receive any mail on Tuesday when around 7 pieces were displayed as going out on that day. Talk to Sub and had smartalic remarks on it. My neighbors 3 of us and it was all mixed up between boxes and I didn't get a thing. Can't get a hold of anyone in Buckeye Office. One mail was important and now don't know where it is. Somebody better get on the ball. Who has my mail?

They are delivered after nine pm at night or the next day, we have issues with the delivery on time or not at all. We mail has also gone missing from the postal mail. Still miss earbuds that were ordered back in December of 2019. We would like to have delivered on time not when the carrier feels like to deliver the mail, and we would like to have our mail and not other peoples's mail in my box. Especially someone who lives 100 miles away.

I would like to know why our Buckeye mail carrier did not deliver the mail on Monday, April 27, yet he marked two critical packages I've been expecting as Delivered and In Mailbox! Where is the mail? Did he take it home? I feel it necessary to bring to someone's attention. This is wrong and is it also illegal? It is bad enough that our mail delivery is so random each day that we never know when we will be receiving it. Monday's are the worse with mail being delivered as late as 9:00 p.m. But this is far worse. I want a response. I also plan to drive to the Buckeye P.O. today and file a complaint.

I went to the Buckeye post office this morning, and purchased stamps. I went back in to mail my items, and when I came home realized my debit card was missing. I tried calling but cannot get anyone to see if it was returned to the post office. (just automated) Can someone follow up and contact [number removed]. Thank you.

We have lived at our current address for two years, and tomorrow for about the sixth time I will be calling the Buckeye post office to report yet another missing package that was supposed to be delivered today. Is it really that difficult to get the right mail into the correct box so the rightful owner receives it? In all my years receiving mail in different areas of the country this delivery system has by far made the most mistakes.

Once again, Federal Express indicates the package was delivered...but it was not! I checked my video and nobody delivered anything. I checked and the delivery address is correct. Where is my package? Apparently from the other comments here this is a common problem. It's at least 3rd time for me...and the Democrats want to use stimulus money to bail-out this pathetic government entity? If any other business was run like USPS it would not be in business at all. USPS Management...you need to take action to fix yourselves!

The Buckeye Post Office is beyond impossible to contact. Nobody answers the phone, and faxes are not acknowledged. I had one out of three packages not delivered to me and cannot contact anyone to talk to them about it. It is not the first time a package was put in someone else's mailbox, either. I do not expect to hear anything back about this email either.

The Buckeye post office keeps losing my mail. It’s either not being delivered on purpose or the mail courier is keeping mail in their car. I receive alerts of what came in to be delivered to my household. Somebody needs to do something about this. This has been going on for over two months now. GET IT TOGETHER AND GIVE ME MY MAIL!!!!

I didn't received my package . So I tracked it using usps and found info as below. Tracking Number: EG241138976KR Your item was returned to the sender on March 9, 2019 at 10:34 am in BUCKEYE, AZ 85326 because of an incorrect address. I want to make sure where my item is now.

I live in the Verrado Sub Div. of Buckeye. Unfortunately it takes me 20 minutes each way to drive to the nearest post office depending on how much traffic is on Interstate 10. Verrado, Victory, Seinna Hills, etc has a large amount of retired individuals living in the community. This coupled with the influx of new home sales and new apartment construction in Verrado, the population with traffic is set to increase. What can we do petition the USPS to open up a sub-station in or close to this sub-division of Buckeye? Preferably in Verrado since it's between Seinna Hill's and Victory senior community, to better serve our seniors and new residents. Regards, Ken

The Grocery Store sales information are not being delivered to Sun City Festival. Spoke to delivery person and she says the are delivered. I am not receiving mine.

On several occasions the wrong mail has been put in my box & my mail has been delivered to the wrong box. The contracted mail delivers suck at their job & after complaint after complaint not resolved.

This is the worst P.O. Not only do they constantly make mistakes but they also lie and send an email saying they picked up your parcel when they didn't. There's no excuse for this and I am tired of the money I have lost. If your like me and you own a home here the only way to change things us to let the right people know. On 3-23-17 I called the p.o. and spoke to a lovely lady named Sophia. I was trying to track a package which had been hand delivered to the p.o. by our wonderful and reliable mail carrier on 3-16-17. I saw that the return package had not been forwarded since arriving at the p.o. six days earlier and I was concerned. Sophia told me she would do a search and call me later in the day. In the meantime I saw that the package had indeed moved on 3-22-17 and was in Sparks, NV. In the early evening Sophia did call back and reported that the package was not in the Buckeye p.o. I told her what I had discovered so case closed. Sophia could not have been more pleasant or helpful and I am grateful for her assistance.

Yesterday someone put about 10 pieces of mail by my front door because they were delivered to the wrong address. A month ago a very kind gentlemen drove 8 miles from his home to deliver my $50 package from Amazon. I never received a book I ordered from Amazon, which said it was delivered. I previously called to complain about my mail service. This has been going on for months and is unacceptable. I get a lot of important mail and packages and I am not confident I'm receiving everything. Obviously, mail is very important and not everyone is so kind as to bring it to me when it's delivered to the wrong address.

The notice of attempt delivery never left on my door, that's because there were never any attempts. The "Sorry We Missed you" notice was left in my mail box. Was a bunch of jerks! I was home all that day! Now I have to wait till next Saturday, (if the PO haven't returned it) to pick my letter up.

I have lived at this address for over 3 years and I keep receiving mail for people that don't live at this address anymore. Mail carrier does not pay attention. My last name is posted in my mail box. And yesterday I received two letters for 2 completely different addresses. Somebody needs to make sure mail is sorted and delivered properly. I hope someone can fix this problem.

I want to let you know that a wonderful, caring person named Charles delivered my Mom's cremated remains a few minutes ago. He was so gentle with me, asking if I was going to be ok. He patiently waited for me to sign the receipt and was so empathetic. He stayed with me at my door until my tears dried, again, making sure I was ok. I will never forget him. Sue Bassler

They said they delivered a package to my box. There was no key. After several weeks going round with Debbie the carrier supervisor I was told that the sender needed to call the office. The sender spoke with the Postmaster and was told that she would not create a claim because it was my word against the carriers. The following week I called the office to let them know there was a key in my box that day, the package was for someone else. Debbie insisted that I not walk the package to the correct house and she came to pick it up. She did and advised me to wait two weeks and she would talk to the Post Master to get my $80 refund. I called back and Debbie advised me that the sender needs to call her and create another claim. The sender is too busy, so I am out $80. I hate these people, and I will never use the USPS again

I moved in 3 months ago, I am getting mail delivered to my box that is to another address and I have to keep delivering it to my neighbors, some 1/2 mile away. I am also not getting all my mail which leads me to believe the mail persona is delivering my mail to others and they are not delivering it to me. Also, I had a hold mail for 5 days and on delivery day guess what mail never came and when it did it was a few pieces which leads me to believe most of my mail did not get delivered and who knows where it is. I am thinking of getting a box in Surprise to ensure I receive my mail. Never has this problem anywhere else I have lived just in the Festivals Ranch Community of Buckeye.

Didn't get our mail yesterday. Had to go to the post office to retrieve it. The lady at the post office said there was mail there from several addresses on my street that was never delivered. It's after 5pm and again NO MAIL delivered on our street today. We always seem to have problems with the Fri/Sat driver either not wanting to deliver mail or delivering mail to wrong addresses.

okay, I had something that was delivered to me yesterday. I got the noticed by the UPS saying it was delivered. so I went there to get my box and it was gone. I am super pissed because the Father's Day is coming up. the box was gone! I got major stress about it. I got told that sometime they do switched the boxes. I am super pissed about that. its not fair that someone would do this. I understand simple mistakes. This is not a small tiny mistakes. Someone really need to take care of it and really paid attentions to it.

OUR SUB OUT HERE IN ON OUR ON LYNWOOD ST HAS A PROBLEM MISS DELIVERING MAIL INTO WRONG MAILBOXES; THE REGULAR HAS TO USUALLY STRAIGHTEN OUT THE MAIL AFTER HE GETS BACK WHEN IS GONE. Ethics is a foreign word to the Postal Service in Buckeye. I do not receive my mail on time and for 3 months they were sending my mail back to the senders stating "vacant". I DO NOT TRUST Buckeye's workers. Once my lease is up, Im leaving this HORRIBLE city and I will NEVER live here again.

The more I read about the USPS in Buckeye the less I feel a formal complaint will do any good. So in hopes a decent employee of said Post office reads and or cares about this, what can I do to get my mail delivered to my home in decent unfolded not crushed condition? Or even actually delivered to my home so I don't need to drive 15 miles out of the way to Buckeye for a package? Please any information will be greatly appreciated!

I had an email confirmation that my package arrived today, so I went to the cluster box and found my mail box.Thank you Buckeye Post Office for again putting the wrong package in the wrong box. I open my box and find that I have another key for one of those large package boxes. In it is SOMEONE ELSE's package. I can only assume that the other person has MY package.This is the second time this has happened with our geniuses at the Post Office. Somebody tell me again why they are paid so much?

Does anyone knows where can a new homeowner gets the keys to their mailbox? My client went to the Buckeye Post Office and were told by the clerk that they do not provide the keys to talk to the realtor. Well this home is bank owned and they do not have the keys!!!

I wouldn't be writing here if it there wasn't a problem. Check this out. I live in an area of Buckeye with cluster boxes. I open my mailbox. I find a key that supposedly opens a compartment for a large package. It is labelled as compartment "A", but opens compartment "C". Way to go USPS on messed up two letters in the alphabet.Anyhow, inside compartment "C" I find another key labelled as compartment "C". Needless to say, the package is missing! It makes us sick to our stomach to think a postal employee makes the kind of money fire fighters, law enforcement, paramedics, doctors, teachers, and lawyers make.It's not rocket science, folks. This should be a minimum wage job.

Apparently my mail man doesn't care about doing his job ethically. I came home late in the afternoon to find the Cell Phone and accessories i just ordered in a box laying in the dirt NEXT to my mailbox. My mailbox is 30' away from my front door. . .wtf dude you couldn't spare 30 seconds. The stuff I ordered was valued at over $300! Regardless of the USPS being bankrupt I will never willingly support them again. From here on it's UPS or FedEx

I did ship via fedex, and it still was "delivered" by the post office. I had 2 day shipping and even though someone was home all day, the post office only "delivered" a card saying I could pick it up at the post office later. SOMEONE WAS HOME ALL DAY, and they can not either put in a locked box, or knock on a door, or even leave it by a door. They just take it to a place that is always closed when I am not working.

Buckeye post office is one reason why I love living in a small town. For some reason a phone I had ordered kept not getting delivered. It was stuck in the office somewere for almost 5 days. Called Bob Pierce who offered to delliver the phone after his work time. Took my number and called to say he had found one of the drivers, Maria, who was going to drive the phone out to my house so I would have it. So I found out today, that some pretty super people work in Buckeye. Thank you Bob and Maria.

My son and daughter-in-law have a thief(substitute) on their route. Two things I sent were stolen and something my daughter-in-law ordered was stolen. Supervisor defended him. Said there were no other complaints, but we heard of one other.

The mailman on my route (Valencia area) is lazy. I ordered some meds over the mail and instead of knocking on my door to delivered them he left them in the mail box. As some of us know the heat in Arizona its cruel.I even have a drive way where he could of pulled in. Next time someone is going to be paying for my spoiled meds. Another incident ,that reflects how lazy he is. My daughter sent me some jewelery for mothers day and he opened the mail box with the rubber band holding the package. Anyone could of got a hold of it.
