Postal Locations

Recently had a package that I tried sending out to a company, the package which was a box had extra tape on it to keep it from falling apart. It structurally was intact and sealed. Yes, I have previously worked as a shipping manager and know when a package is or is not sendable as is. My package returned to me with a sticker that says it was found "loose" in mail. Instead of taping the box up a little more and sending my package on its way, they send it back. Did they run out of tape? Do they enjoy tampering with the apprpriate transit of mail? It cost me ~$9.00 to send this package. I did not receive the service I paid for. I am not happy. Punctuality of mail is important. I missed my ship date ,and I was swindled. I know several of the employees smoke cannibis on work premisis and probably would fail a UA
