I drove to the White Hall post office today to file a complaint and spoke to the supervisor, Name Unknown, but was a female that apparently doesn't like her job. First thing she asked was, "what MY problem was!" I replied, I came in here because I've had this bill in my mailbox for two days and the mail carrier drives by daily and doesn't pick it up. She replied that they don't have a permanent driver and I said, Okay I understand but I've seen four different mail carriers over a period of time and they've all done this. She rudely said, "Well if you'll let me finish." Which immediately didn't sit well, one reason because I thought she had finished her sentence, and another because I'm not a child, I'm a customer that has a problem that needs to be handled and I felt that she had an attitude with me as soon as she rounded the corner and met me at the plastic window. Anyway enough said, it appears after reading some reviews I'm not the only one that's having problems with the White Hall branch. All I'm asking is PLEASE pick my out going mail up and close the mailbox lid. Really, how hard can it be!

The White Hall Post Office manager is so unprofessional. It’s difficult to reach someone by phone the line is always busy. The manager has been holding a postal money order that I have been rightfully entitled to since January of this year. This post office needs to be under new management and they are always losing mail. I haven’t had any good experiences at this location.

The White Hall branch is the worst!! I have been calling and calling. The phone is always busy!!!! I know they took the phone off the hook. I scheduled a pick up for today and of course they didn’t pick up! Now, I can’t even get a hold of the manager, which is worthless!

I have been calling for 3 hours and the line at the White Hall office is busy. My package was supposed to be delivered by Feb. 13th. Due to the weather I got a tracking update on Feb. 16th that my driveway/door was not accessible. However, another update was received yesterday Feb. 22nd that another attempt was made to deliver but the driveway/door was not accessible again. (THIS IS NOT TRUE). There was only one vehicle in the drive way. The mail box is accessible and both doors. The roads are clear from ALL snow at this point, so their attempted delivery is NOT accurate. Cannot reach anyone to see where my package is and WHY they keep updating my tracking that they are unable to deliver for this reason.

Would not forward my pkg to my new address. I went a couple of times when I would track pkg and it would show to be at Whitehall post office but they would never give me answer. Took my tracking number and my phone number and never got response. Tried to call them. They obviously keep phone off the hook because it’s always busy.

I live at 4320 Harford Creamery Road and am getting other people's mail. I know that a certain number of people are dyslexic, but we are tired of re-delivering the mail. We get 4230;s mail and they get ours. Today I got two letters for 4331. PLEASE READ THE NUMBERS!!!!

I had a package that was to big for my mail box and I dont think that sandy drove today as if it was her she would have place my package else were. This person put it in my mail box with a ruband to hold the door close. And just as we turned we had a cer in our drive way and some was fitting out 😠 mostly to take it. It said that this package wasnt going to be here till the 28th

I tracked a package from Amazon, shipped USPS. It says it was delivered Sunday, December 3, 2017 and left in my mailbox at 1500 Discovery Cove. Tracking #9374889679090223362924. It was not in my mailbox. Could you ask whichever mail carrier worked my route that day if they can remember where they left it? We get mail sometimes for 1500 Goodman and for mail for the neighbors on each side of us. Could he have left it at their house. This is a Christmas gift and I really do not want to have to rebuy it. I need my package found.

Went to post office today, nobody at counter, lady ahead me said HELLO, smart ass guy comes from back, comes out and starts chewing older lady out in front of me. It was clerk 07, I am self employed and if he worked for me he would be fired forthwith. Clerk 07 has a horrible attitude and should not be the face of the postal service. I will not be back to the White Hall post office. This is why usps is in the shape they are in. A absolute disgrace, poor employee and poor leadership that would allow this.Lana Foster
