I live in Stuttgart off of Meadow Lane . The postal service is horrible in my neighborhood. I live mail or packages out to be picked up, and they do not get picked up, even when mail is being delivered. I also scheduled a pickup (which is ridiculous that i have to) and it still wasn't picked up. I called the post office and all i got was we forgot. Do better or find better help. When i lived close to the hospital, we never had a problem with mail or packages and bills being mailed out. If you cant pick the mail up, then the carrier needs to pay the late fees. Let me add today is Friday and package has been out for pickup at my mailbox since Tuesday Morning.

Maintenance on this building is abominable. One customer door out of three is operational. Doors are broken at least every 6 months. Water hydrant on south end of building leaks continuously. This building reflects Americans dissatisfaction with government operations. Slow and poor.fix it right for once please.
