You cannot speak directly to a person anymore. The route carriers catch all communication complaints with our mail system. Not their fault. Our carrier is a wonderful person who does a good job. The Postal System could do a better job!

went up there and sent off a package for priority over a week ago and it says it still hasnt been scanned into the system.

For the past few months mail will sometimes go to the wrong address also my mail is not picked up from my mail box. I have also "lost" mail. Is there a new mail carrier there???

They do not ever pick up the phone! This location is horrible! New management is needed yesterday!
