Sent a document to Rogers. The recipients were home and usps sent a text that they were unable to deliver due to recipients not home and that they left a notice. This was a lie. It cost more to send priority mail and Rogers postal employees who deliver just don't do their job. 01/15/2022
I have 3 checks I have mailed one for water,electric,and a nonprofit organization they are lost besides another letter sent to help program for your electric service.
4+ letters lost since Dec 28/2017 I called bank and these 3 checks have not cleared whoever you are holding on to these YHWH see you and you won't go unpunished!!!.

They didn't get a valuable package to me. They said, "It's marked on the tracking number
as delivered." I've tracked packages and waited by the box and confronted the carrier at the time of delivery. A package stated delivered was not there. He had just reported delivery and IT WAS NOT THERE.
Terrible service!! Two packages in one week were broken in many pieces even though the contents were wrapped well and there was fragile stickers on the outside of the box. One box had a large dent in it. When I called for help I was told there was nothing they could do, that the sender had to complain and file a claim even though I paid for the contents and the postage. From now on I'll pay extra for UPS or FedEx!!!
I called the Rogers, AR post office 4/26/17 at 4:15pm. I spoke with Shane (supervisor), he went above and beyond to help me. I just knew I was out of luck and there was no way we were going to receive my daughters new shoes in time for her field trip. Shane listened to my dilemma and made it happen!! Thank you so much Shane for the amazing customer service!
Had our amazon shipment show up at neighbors today. Our address and the package label says xxx STREET. It was delivered to xxx PLACE. Can't recall the number of times this has happened. Have your people slow down and PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT THEY ARE DOING!
I bought stamps from the automated machine in the lobby. It shorted me a full sheet. Oddly, the woman before me in line had the exact thing happen when she paid for 4 sheets but only received 3.
There was a long line so neither of us was able to talk to a post office employee and just ate the loss. Beware of the shady automated machine!
