I just talk to Belk. I ordered a package for Christmas they say got Delivered Dec 2nd. I NEVER RECEIVED THE Package AGAIN!!! And I Almost Daily Always Receive The Wrong Mail. ... Right now I trying to Figure out a Higher office to put a Complaint in, Literally my Neighbors have complained theres A HUGE INCOMPETENT PROBLEM, Nothing seems to get done AND WHERE IS MY PACKAGE??? The people on 5 garden oaks cove text Complaining that they always get my mail!!! OMG - FRUSTRATING BEYOND
I’m extremely angry that you people cannot do your job. I had a package delivered to Audubon Apartments last Wednesday that was kindly given to someone else and now no one will answer the damn phone there. I’m calling the main post office they definitely need to know all this. And whoever the postman is that delivers here owes me money for not knowing how to do his job.
Received a text message saying my package had been delivered to my front door. I immediately went to check and no package. I tracked the carrier down and he said that he had not delivered any package to my house. I finally got a hold of the local post office and they said that the package was still on his truck and he would get it right over to me. 3 hours later, still no package. Called the post office and the said that the carrier delivered it to the wrong address. Still waiting to hear from them or to get my package. It has taken a week to get a package out of Texas, was supposed to be delivered on Sept 20th. They need to get their shit together.
Reading through these reviews is depressing. As far back as three years ago people were having problems which apparently are never taken care of, resolved at all because the same problems still exhist today. Was waiting on a priority mail which was supposed to arrive by three pm Saturday but needless to say never came. Tried calling the toll free number and after sitting on hold for TWO HOURS all they did was reiterate the information that was on line, was in Buffalo, NY main office at 9:04 pm Friday night and has been “in transit” since then. I advised the person that this was a social Security check and if they thought I should report it lost and the person I spoke to said oh don’t even think about doing that and don’t worry they are still delivering tonight and will be delivering on Sunday but then again it may not be there until Monday and if it isn’t delivered Monday to call the post office but not to worry too much it will show up eventually. EVENTUALLY!!! What sort of answer is that?? My mother, who I flew here to see her first grandbaby, just finally got approved for supplemental security and after five years of fighting and being broke finally got it. This was the first check she has gotten and she was excited at the thought of actually having money for Christmas for the first time in years. Her friend priority mailed it to her so she would have it for Christmas and now this bs and then they have the netve to say not to get upset it will get here eventually!! She is beyond devastated and I’m beyond aggravated. This is so unacceptable. Of course now we are wondering just how long to wait before contacting Social Security and beginning the lengthy process of reporting it lost and trying to get a replacement check and now she has to wait until sometime in January to get her next check and finally have some money. I will never use priority mail again since apparently it’s just a joke to them. I will use fed ex and tell everyone I know to do the same!
My pkg says delivered when I know in fact it wasn't. You people need to stop putting lies in ur computer saying it's delivered, only for it to come days later. There's no way of tracking it when it says delivered. I call the post office on my last pkg and they told me that it was in fact delivered and told me to file a claim. I dont like Maumelle's postal service.
I'm tired of complaining that my packages never get delivered. I live in an apartment and am home during the day to receive packages. Still, I never receive a knock at the door if I have something arriving via USPS. I get a notice in my mailbox saying they tried. BS!
Something is majorly wrong if drivers can't take the time to do things properly. Either they don't have enough drivers or they just plain suck. On top of that, the staff at the office do not entertain complaints of this nature.
Mailed a box from Puerto Rico to USPS Maumelle, AR on Dec 2, 2016. Arrived at Maumelle on the 5th. Postal employee marked the package as delivered when in fact still at USPS. As of today, location of box still unknown.
This is the worst postal delivery and service post office that I have ever had in 60 years. I get piles of my neighbors mail in my mailbox and spend my own time delivering it to their doors. I have tried to call and complain or let them know that other peoples mail is in my box but they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I have even called the toll free number and none of the choices on the endless machine message apply to my problem and after listening to it 3 times they hang up on you after telling you to call back later. WHAT A JOKE AND WASTE OF OUR TAX DOLLARS to pay these incompetent worthless lazy people. Last month I did not get my water bill. I'm sure it was put in one of my neighbors box and they are tired of this incompetence also. They probably trashed it. I am going to start just leaving the mail that is not mine in the box and when it is flowing out into the street may-be the trash people will pick it up.
The supervisors name that was causing the problem is Diane Williams. I have just filed a complaint on her with the toll free number listed above. Hope you don't have to deal with this person at this location. She will not help you and has no problem hanging up on you and taking the phone off-line so you cannot call back. I had to wait 30 minutes to call back to get ahold of someone. She should not be working in a customer service position. She should not be allowed to answer the phone and she is not quilified for her position. I honestly hope she gets fired, but i doubt it will happen.
This is by far the worst post office i have ever dealt with. I spoke with some black lady on the phone who said she was the supervisor. i needed to pick up a package on location and not have it delivered to my address and she said i could not do that. I told her i have done this several times in the past and it was never a problem before. she still insisted i could not do that. then she hung up on me. i called back and asked what the problem was, and that i wanted to deal with someone else, and she hung up on me again. i tried to call back but now the phones are off line and i get a busy signal from 3 different lines i called from. I will make sure to never use these people again and will go with fedex from now on. The 'services offered at this location' above states: "Pickup-Hold mail and Pickup-Accountable mail" and she will not comply. I will be calling her boss later. She is very rudy and hard to deal with. I am trying to understand why this is all of a sudden an issue to pick up my mail. I have several different people here that can get the mail and it needs to be me as it is a very important package and has to be handled different than that of regular mail.
The mail lady on our route is perhaps one the worst examples of a public servant, and as a federal employee myself, I have seen many examples. She is seen smoking, talking on the phone, and trying to drive at the same time while failing to deliver mail. If access to a mail box in our neighborhood requires one to reverse or maneuver around a trash can that was placed within 10 feet, but no where near the mailbox, your mail will be skipped. Please consider using other forms of parcel services.Resident in Random Oates
