I sent a package. The person was supposed to get it on the 22. The person still hasn't received it. They say it was not delivered because of size of package. Well I had to pay for it to be shipped and the person should get it. This is terrible and upsets me very much. So I rescheduled for it to be delivered tomorrow. And if not and returned to me will not cover the cost that was in the package that the post office insured. This is terrible business and I want the package delivered

Have called all day long and they never answer the phone. They have lost a package and I need to talk to them. I think this is very poor service.

I can't seem to get anyone on the phone. UPS says they transferred a package to HSV Post Office on March 31st. It's now April 6th and I still don't have it delivered. In the past 23 years, I have only had to contact this post office a couple of times but when I did I was able to speak to someone. Now, it just rings and rings and then disconnects?????

For over a year about once a week some mail carrier drops off 'extra mail' into my box. I get up to a dozen pieces of 'other peoples mail' Yesterday there was even a package from the Bed & Bath store. HSV PO won't pick up their phone and the 800 phones says it will be over 30 minutes before they will pick up to kiss you off. Horrible service.

No complaints until today when a temp was filling in and had to deliver an envelope that required extra money. No problem, except the woman had no mask on and husband talked to her at our front door for several minutes, while I went hunting for $3.++ that was still needed. That's another story, way over priced for 1 envelope with a small item inside. We're both in our 80's and if that temp was possibly a carrier of the Covid 19, we'd be gonners.

Package that shows delivered at 1:15 pm was not delivered to the intended address. No one answers the phone when trying to contact someone at the local post office. Unacceptable service.

We are missing two packages and all of our regular mail from today. Both packages state on the usps website that they have been delivered and left on the porch- with times an hour apart. Nothing was left on our porch. We have started the claim process- but what is going on with our mail delivery? You could have set a clock by Barb Scott's service. Obviously some training issues need to be addressed.

The post office can tell you exactly where the pkg was scanned by gps on their scanner. Call and give them your tracking number.

We are not happy with our Mail delivery when our regular carrier is on vacation or off for other reasons. In the past the or four days we haven't received any mail at all, we would like to know what the heck is going on. This is not the first time that we haven't gotten our mail when there is someone else delivering. We were supposed to get important mail. Wish there was a way to find out about this.

Very disappointed in Monday mail deliveries when our regular carrier, Barbara Scott is off (vac/absent). Delivery of mail is late or non existent as yesterday. Package not delivered & no mail delivered & carrier came by at 7:15 pm and picked up letter flagged but did not drop off any mail or package expected? This is a regular occurrence on Mondays..request improving this issue.
