Can you tell me if your post office was unable to deliver mail anytime during the weeks of February 8th thru February the 17, 2021? Thank you for your quick response.


Carla Hughes was extremely rude and upset about doing her job. My daughter and I had an appointment to get out passports. When we told the First Lady at the counter what we were here for she sighed loudly and said wait a minute let me in a discerning voice. Keep in mind there are still other customers waiting and it took them at least 5 minutes to come back to the counter. Upon returning Carla Hughes says in a not so nice tone can I help you? My daughter tells her what we are here for and she says it’s 2 of you it’s supposed to be 3 of you. We told her that my other daughter did not come. So then she proceeds to ask for our applications we told her we did not have one and we asked her for them. We fill them out and return to the counter. Again we wait for about 5 minutes before she comes to the counter. We give her our applications she proceeds to tell us that she is not going to have time to do both of our passports because it was not enough time. She said she could only do one!!! We ask if there was another appointment she said no lunch. It was 10:25am when this discussion was was happening. I was not able to get my passport done because I guess she had lunch at 10:45? Please help me to understand. I do not live in Forrest City so I had to travel to get here. I am one upset customer and I will blast this facility and the rude workers on social media thanks!!!
