The Postmaster (Mr. Mason) at the Hogan Lane USPS in Conway AR does not know the Rules and Regulations for Photography in the Post Office. He would Not even read the Rules (Poster 7) posted on the walls of the Post Office. He had the Conway Police Violate the 1st and 4th Amendment of a Law Abiding Citizen because of his personal incompetence of even knowing the Rules of the USPS. Shame on him and the USPS for having him serve as Postmaster!
