I would like someone to contact me about the mail delivery person. There is absolutely nothing blocking our mailbox, driveway or front door and for two weeks now she purposely has not delivered our mail. We picked it up the other day and the lady at the post office said she has heard it all week and it is a management problem. I need the package that was to be delivered today to be delivered today. It is an urgent matter.
Owning a business we rely on USPS for client payments. There does not seem to be a schedule for mail delivery. We usually only get mail delivered one Saturday a month.
Most weeks we only get mail Monday through Thursday with Monday being a stuffed box. Some nights mail isn't delivered to 6 or 7 PM.
Frustrating to say the least.
I called with a complaint regarding a new service provider. My call was answered promptly and with courtesy. Additionally my concerns were addressed within days. Professional and efficient postal service.
Phone always busy off the hook and the mail carrier marks packages as delivered when they aren't and then he delivers them the next day which is WRONG! Don't mark delivered if they aren't! Bad business here
