Postal Locations

I recently had a bill returned to me that was going to a P.O. box in Vance AL. The yellow label said the box was vacant, so I started making calls to find out why. Apparently there were many others that this happened to. When I called the water service to let them know they said they were trying to find out what happened at this post office. But because of this I had to pay a fee to pay my bill online so I would not have a late fee as I am sure others had to do the same or they had a late fee added to their next bill. I know paying a fee online to remit a payment doesn't seem like a big deal but when your on a limited income every dollar counts. So I hope this gets straightened out before the next billing cycle. This will deter me from buying stamps or using this particular post office because I'm not sure they are capable of handling anything.

I have to need new address mailbox?

Yes I had a very important package that was to be delirver today . I call the office and they track it . Postman said she delirver it at 8:10 this morning which she did not . She never delivers until around 2 or 3:30 pm . So now my package is at the post office in Vance & this is orders fir my job . So please do not send it back and I do want to make sure u know it was not delirver at 8: 10 am I can one and pick it up . I will call you in the morning . Thank you Angela dawn Black Edgeworth .
