Postal Locations

I always have to go up to the post office to pick my packages up because they are either “lost” or “running late”. they claim to never have my packages, and then a few days later they magically have it or “overlooked it”. im tired of always getting the run around.

Nobody ever! Ever! Ever! Answer’s the dang freaking phone!!!!😡

NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!!!

For 10 years y’all have delivered me a check on the 28-29 of each month, until this month. 11-28-22. In the last 10 years it has been late 1 time and it was late bc it got stuck in a belt in Birmingham. Now, I can get anyone to answer the freaking phone our local branch. Please can some in send me an email so I can get some help.

3 times my packages have not be picked even they were scheduled to do so. They even had a confirmed emailed that said so. Mail didn't run today they lost the keys to the mailboxes they can't keep up with they keys or the mail delivery worst post office in Alabama

Can anyone else answer a phone at this post office? Trying desperately to get some help trying to find what happened to the package I sent as a funeral gift.

My mail carrier at 411 Hunt Street, Scottsboro Al. Left me a nasty message because I sent back a letter from Spectrum that was not mine. It had Kenneth Morris or current resident on it. First of all I am not Kenneth Morris and I have sent these things back saying he does not live here, but you postal carrier wrote me a nasty not and I don’t appreciate it. She could have just said throw them away instead of what she wrote. Here is what she wrote Please read mail...” withthe word read underlined”. You ARE “underlined” the current resident. * If current resident mail is refused at this address. ALL mail delivery will be stopped at apt 205. Will be labeled as vacant!! I understand this may be a problem since it is junk mail but she did not have to speak to me in this manner. All she had to do was say please throw away if you do not want.. I would have gotten the message.. Besides my apt. Manager told me to put them back in outgoing mail..

I MAILED A PACKAGE (LARGE WHITE ENVELOP) TO 714-A SOUTH MARKET STREET, SCOTTSBORO (GARAGE APARTMENT) HAS ADDRESS ON MAIL BOX. PACKAGE WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVED SATURDAY, 5 DECEMBER 2020 ---- IT DID NOT ARRIVE. WHY? WHERE IS THAT PACKAGE? WHY DON'T THE MAIL CARRIERS KNOW HOW TO DELIVER MAIL IN THAT TOWN???

I have a p.o.box in scottsboro. i was "promised" if i got too much mail (including all the "junk" mail the clerks put into my box) that the clerk would "definitely" put a KEY in my box to a LARGE box below to put the overflow of mail. HOWEVER, I have asked 3 clerks to not jam mail so tight that it falls out the back onto the p.o. floor, where I cannot reach my important mail, and so much junk mail that for 5 times now, I cannot pull my mail out. If I pay for a BIG po box, I will have to do a change-of-address to a million people, but the clerks continue to put trash/advertisement/junk mail into my box and I cannot retrieve my personal mail. I have spoken to them 3 times and they are government workers, so they do not care what-so-ever about my personal mail. They get every holiday on the book but are too "tired" to do their job...

I live at 205 barclay dr. 35769, the carrier stuffed an electronic receiver in my box so tight ,i had a problem getiing it out of my mail box , this is the second time this has happened, when i opened the box two of the tabs that holds the receiver were torn. the receiver does not work properly now.this is just a case of laziness on the carriers part, i've told him before to put packages on my front porch.
