According to tracking info, a pkg. which I ordered on 6/1/2020 was delivered to my address on May 26. at 11:54 am. I did not receive this pkg. we were home on that day

Satsuma, Al. Post Office, 36572. This is the second month that I've had my usual daily/monthly mail delivered to the wrong address. I know the usual days & times that I receive my monthly bills. I have talked to a Diane at this location around the beginning of June about this problem, and was told that it would be resolved by talking with the carrier. Well lo and behold it has happened again this month. I talked to a black woman employee via phone with my concerns about me not receiving my mail like I usually do with no resolve. I went in the Post Office this afternoon a little past 4 with I am submitting a formal complaint against the the same concerns....again with the usual stump speech & no resolve. Instead of me trying to explain everything with a written book here online, I would like someone to call me at 251-675-0866 preferably after noon, in hopes of getting this problem permanently corrected. I also want someone other than the Post Master at the Satsuma Post Office to contact me please! This has caused me unnecessary grief due to the incompetence of a mail carrier! I'm 100% positive that I can read addressed on piece of mail and match it to street/road names & house/business numbers! I'm pissed about this matter and want a person to contact me in order to resolve this ongoing problem please! Again, 251-675-0866! On a side note, I've been on hold after dialing your 1-800 number now for more than 1 hr.. after the recorded message said that my wait time would be in between 20-30 minutes! RIDICULOUS!!!......
