IM AT 3205 7TH AVE NORTHive order something on e-bay and the mailman said i got it today when i looked up the tracking its a 14 inch clock its no way to get that in mailbox but he said he did but i never go0t it. sorry mailman sorry thing. he needs to be fired .

I am very disturbed that I mailed a payment from my home and there is no guarantee it will be delivered. Shameful! I am now having to pay $10 to stop payment on a check that I mailed on April 5, 2021. First time I have mailed a payment but never again. Cannot trust the Post Office to deliver the mail. April 5 until today, April 13 and the check never made it to the place for payment. Wow!!

I’m at 155 Okalona CIR Pellcity Al.35128 I have been calling and calling and y’all just hang up on me.I’m having a problem with the lady that deliver my mail. Went threw this last year with her. I have been ordering stuff on line for Christmas. She keeps putting my back ex’s on the ground instead of my porch.I have been working on my driveway so she can get up my driveway. But she keeps leaving my boxes on the ground she can put it on my porch instead of ground. She don’t have to knock on door just leave it on porch.she doesn’t I’m very upset about this. If she don’t won’t to do it we need someone else to do this. This needs to be fix I’m tired of keep going threw this.she can’t say driveway is bad because it’s not.

I can not get ahold of anyone on the phone on the toll free number or the local number. USPS received my package on the 4th and it hasn’t been delivered as of the 14th. They never hold themselves accountable for their mistakes and that’s probably why the mail system is such a mess right now nationally.

My Father who is 80 put mail in the mailbox that had to go out. The mail came and ran but never took the mail and his flag was down. My Father called the Pell City, Alabama office at 4P.M. Was told they would come back out and pick up his mail. It is 6:30 P.M now.Still no mail person. There have been so many problems with the mail delivery if we don't have the regular Mail person. 1 Mail man doesn't even get out of the truck....too lazy. The address here is 1000 Comer Ave. Apt. 6. Can't leave checks in the mail boxx when 2 hours ago they promised to pick it up. I will be calling tomorrow too. Not a happy customer, they sure get paid enough!!!

I would like to know if you wrap packages for anybody

This the third time in a year I have mailed my friend a package and paid for it to be delivered on a certain day and was not because, the Pelli city carrier for fir 159 southern drive will dropped them when they are supposed to be there using the excuse the road is bad and the road has just been regraveled. So, now in turn my friend does not get her gift on time I am going to ask for a full refund of what I to have it delivered today Saturday march 10,2018 and will make sure I all to someone who matters about this I live in the north country in New York State where there is a nor'easter every other week and we get our mail on time ridiculous!!

Post person did not stop at 1820 Golf Course Road today. Flag was up to indicate outgoing mail. Husband saw mail vehicle pass going east then back going west. Did not make stops as usual on Golf Course Road. Why?

I live in Brookhill Apts and the letter carrier here doesn't seem to follow instructions well at all. Several packages I have ordered specifically say to leave with office personnel and not once was that done. I did check with them and they were in the office and I had already made them aware that some packages would be delivered. Not once has a notice been left in my mailbox or even on my door letting me know that he tried to deliver my packages even though the email updates that I finally did receive state a notice was left. When I went to the post office to pick up my items and explained what happened the lady at the front desk made a remark to the person next to her that the carrier for those apartments never does things the right way. If they are aware that there is a problem then why hasn't been addressed?? This is becoming quite frustrating and needs to be addressed.

I watched them drop my package off at the door, mind you it was a $200 item. She didn't even attempt to knock, had a previous problem where they didn't even leave a delivery notice. So unprofessional.

Packages are never delivered. No notice to pick up at post office left in box. Have to track package to find out it is sitting at post office. Carrier to lazy to blow horn. I do not work and see the truck pass by box with no attempt to deliver package.

Haven't received my mail in two days..mind tellingly why?
