The female black supervisor at the Saint Joseph St location does NOT know her job! She is rude and abrasive to customers that PAY HER SALARY! People should complain before we spend another penny on her!

I got a POB around June 12, 2023 at the St. Joseph St. post office. My information did not get entered into their system. Consequently I have lost 5 weeks of mail. This goes to the incompetency of the USPS. And what is the post office doing about it - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. No one will ever be held accountable for this serious blunder. Also the supervisor there at St. Joseph St does not know what the words customer service mean. I have 3 outstanding complaints filed with the USPS. They say you will hear back in 1-3 days. Well two of those complaints were filed 4 days ago and there has been no response. Furthermore I have been trying to contact the postmaster, Paul Birge since July 14. I have left numerous messages and have yet to recieve a call. His office also needs to do something about the phone lines. I have to call 3-4 times to try to get rid of the static on the line. The person I talk to can't hear me and consequently hangs up and I have to keep call back. No wonder people are disgusted with the USPS. I trusted them with my mail and they FAILED in every way, shape and form.

This isn’t a review. I had your post office driver Peter Sanda. Back into my Subaru outback. July 19 approximately 1145 to noon. I have pictures I have tried to call the number that I was given I’m getting no response. If I don’t hear anything from this message. I will contact my insurance company and I will sue you guys. My phone number is 262-227-2114. I do have photos of the vehicle up against my vehicle and the Vin number of the vehicle and the drivers drivers license number. Please return my call or my email. I have not heard anything from the phone number I have tried to call and was given . That phone number is 251-653-8570 supposed to be a Greg Wagon or something

My package has been processed at mobile post office since 3/29/21 ! It is 4/17/21 and it still has not been approved yet !! Why is my package taking so long to be shipped from y’all post office ?????? BAD SERVICE!!!! I live in Atmore it’s only 45-59 mins away !! And nobody answers the phone !!

A letter was mailed to me on Jan.13th. form Louisville Ky. as of today Jan. 26th. Still No Letter ....... My informed Delivery APP says its out for Delivery WHAT IS THE PROBLEM

MY PACKAGE WAS TO ARRIVE IN GLENWOOD, IL ON 12/14/2020 AFTER TRACKING MY PACKAGE AND TALKING TO MY LOCAL POST OFFICE. I FOUND MY PACKAGE LOCATED AT 250 ST. JOSEPH ST POST OFFICE. THE TRACKING INFORMATION STATES THAT MY PACKAGE IS ENROUTE/PROCESSED ON 12/15/2020. ACCORDING TO MY RESEARCH, MY PACKAGE NEVER LEFT THIS FACILITY AND IS NOT ENROUTE! MY LOCAL POST OFFICE AND MYSELF CLEARLY SEE THAT MY PACKAGE IS BEING HELD HOSTAGE OR STLOEN!!!

I was suppose to get a package delivered 4/10/2020, It has been 3 weeks and the Citronelle post office has not found out what happened to it. The tracking info said it was picked up at the post office at Citronelle, Al. The mail carrier said she put in our box, There was no package put in our box on that day. I even checked in the back of the box ,no package. If she put it in a box it was not ours. I called the place I ordered it from and they said the post office was responsible for it. How can I put in a claim for the cost of this item? Thank you Diane Dickinson.

My very first SSI Disability check in my whole life was confirmed mailed by Soc Sec for April 1st delivery. Its April 5th, and I am still waiting. No one at Towne West location will bother to try and find out who took it, or where it was delivered. Why should any employee there care. Its not they're check. Main post office # is answered by computer w/message that " this persons voice mailbox is full and cannot accept messages." This is all day, everyday. No wonder unreliable "snail mail" is becoming a thing of the past. Especially if this is the best service they can give. I will NEVER use the USPS again.

Security told me my small yellow package was Not put in my mailbox but mail carrier put my package in an office rent drop box. That is Too Wrong and Too Lazy. The mail carrier Knows a drop box is Not a mailbox. Now I have to wait until Monday to get my package.

Is regular mail running today because I've been waiting for some important mail. Thanks

There are 2 Kingsway streets in [number removed] area One is just Kingsway the other I think is Kingsway Dr. Your postal carriers need to know the difference!!! Especially with the names of occupants different. An important tax bill was returned by YOUR OFFICE and also the CERTIFIED letter. It was addressed properly to Kingsway and not Kingsway Dr.. I have had to pay penalties and delinquent fee due to your supposed error.. I contacted the sender and they have the CORRECT address Kingsway and not Kingsway Dr!!
Please educate your employees on this matter.. I'm sure there are more streets like this
