Do not use this “service” i do a fair bit of online sales and shipping and about every 3rd package, it gets rerouted or lost or both. Take today for instance I was expecting 6 small packages and received one. The other 5 are still sitting at post office and according to the usps own site , all packages arrived at the same time yet only one was delivered. These people that work there are not friendly or personable at all they act like typical federal employees aka better than you. I say we do not need a post office there’s to many outside contractors that do a way better job. Trained poodles could do a better job.

Had a package supposed to be delivered yesterday not delivered along with one from today. Kinda shitty that someone can get paid so much to do so little and still not do it yet keep their job.

I received a notification at 6:51 p. m. (Friday) last night that an attempt to deliver a package was made at that time but the carrier was unable to deliver it due to "NO ACCESS TO DELIVERY LOCATION". What does that even mean?????? Or is that just an excuse for someone not wanting to do their job properly? Earlier, the regular mail carrier delivered my mail that afternoon and had no problems "ACCESSING A DELIVERY LOCATION" at my residence. So why was there a problem delivering a package just a few hours later? I just looked at my Informed Delivery acct and instead of another attempt to deliver the package being made by the postal service it has now been entered as "Available for Pick Up" although last night the notification said that it would be delivered.on the next business day. Well it's Saturday afternoon (the next business day) and of course the Hueytown, Al post office closed at 12 today so again I do not have in my possession the package that I was expecting and NEEDED to be delivered to me. Thank you USPS for employing people that aren't willing to efficiently do their job... A job that they get paid quite well to do. A job that is not complicated to do nor requires a whole lot of manual labor or even alot of thought processing skill but a job that some (not all) will do half- heartedly without taking into consideration the person that paid to have their package delivered to them in a timely manner & on a certain day for whatever their reasoning may be.

Update: I had 2 packages (that I was waiting to be delivered) delivered to my mailbox on Saturday evening at 9:00 p. m. by the USPS. Now I don't know what postal service carrier went out of their way to make sure my packages were delivered that late in the evening but whoever it was you have no idea how much I appreciate it. And if it was our carrier that normally delivers the route (Mrs. Key) well that just proves once again how lucky we are to have you as our mail carrier on the Warrior River. But thank you very much to whoever it was.

I didn't receive my mail on 10/14 that was shown on my informed mail dashboard. It was a piece of mail there that is important for me to receive.

This is the worst post office around The delivery service is terrible !! I try not to put any mail in my box because I never know if it will be picked up ! This is very frustrating !! I put a piece of mail in my box on November 9th. I realize that Veteran's Day is a postal holiday, but my mail hasn't been picked up yet ! Today is November 13th . This is unacceptable !!!

There are postal workers that are marking packages delivered and they are not. Specifically things ordered from Amazon. You have some diss honest postal workers. They need to find out who those post to workers are and fire them.
