The employees here are very rude and unfriendly. I hate going in a business with rude employees. I've lived in grove hill for 23yrs and you normally greet people with "hello how are you today" , but not those who work at the post office. Everyone has a very rude look about them and has an attitude

I wish I had the ability to rate this place as ZERO stars. I have never dealt with more rude postal employees than the women who work at this facility- both in person AND over the phone. Their attitude is that it is an inconvenience to them to answer your question. Thankfully, I no longer have a Grove Hill address!
