On Tuesday June 25th between 10:15 and 11:00, I dropped off a return package the postal employee didn't give me a return scan receipt. She said I didn't need one. I feel as though my package was not properly handled. Normally within a day I get email notifications that my package is in transit. I am a bit concerned. I know I should have insisted on getting a receipt or asking for my package back but always feel like you can trust the postal workers. Well I don't feel comfortable about it. What steps can I take to look into the matter.
