For the last 3 weeks I have not received mail or packages. Now I find they are being forwarded to an address in Mobile. He post office was notified a week ago. The mail is still being forwarded to Mobile. The post office and employee really don't care and will do nothing to fix it.
Over the past year, I have not received (two different) packages which I had ordered online. I spoke to my mailman and also came down to the Enterprise post office and spoke with the staff there about it. All I could get from them was that “according to the computer, the mailman delivered the package to my door”...! (There was never an investigation and I never received my packages!). Well, if he had delivered the packages to my door I would have received them! I think I know why I have not received them. I am finding my packages sitting on top of my mailbox out by the road, NOT at my door!! We are on a rural route about 6 miles out from town on a dirt road. Anyone going past my house has plenty of opportunities to just pick up my packages from atop my mailbox without my seeing them. I am requesting that this practice stop immediately! I have packages ordered from online that cost me money and I do not want them stolen from the top of my mailbox because the mailman doesn’t want to drive down my driveway to deliver them! I cannot afford to keep losing packages! He can type the package number into the computer saying he delivered them to my door, but that doesn’t mean I received them!
You used to have a large blue mailbox for folks to mail their letters in at Wal-Mart. This made a lot of sense. It was convenient, cut the parking and in and out at the Post Office. I spoke with the Enterprise Wal-Mart manager Michael Reed about it and he wasn't aware of this in the distant past. He can't make it happen but YOU could. Please consider it. As a child we had outgoing mail boxes every couple blocks, now they are a thing of the past. One @ Wal-Mart would get a lot of use when the public became aware of its being there. Inside or out, would be great.
How is it possible! I stood in line for 30 minutes just to be told that they were out of roll of stamps! My goodness this is the Post Office, really....I had to go to a UPS store and pay more for stamps because our local post office was out! Why didn't they post a sign so I didn't have to wait 30 minutes in line?? Very frustrating ...
I clearly have a new postal person. I keep getting mail that is not mine but only has the right number and wrong street. This happens at least once a week. This person is also coming very late yet is less efficient than who used to deliver my mail. Need to get your act together. If I am getting someone else's mail, I wonder if someone is getting mine. Not acceptable.
The Post Office employees at Enterprise, Alabama, are efficient, knowledgeable, and good natured. The Post Office hours are reasonable. The Post Office floors and kiosks are clean and tidy. We who live in Enterprise are blessed to have a Post Office such as this one.
My "hold Mail" was inadvertently started a day early. Since it is the end of the month, I was concerned about missing bills. When I called to inquire about my mail, the Postal worker who answered the phone, Vickie (I think), investigated, said my mail was there and that I could come retrieve it. As I was preparing to do that, she called me back to say it was nothing but junk mail.
That was extraordinarily gracious, beyond the call of duty and I appreciate the consideration
How does her sex life have anything to do with the post office lol if that's the only thing you have to complain about then it looks like she is doing her job and that is all matters.
If you are so concerned why not show yourself instead of hiding behind a keyboard?
