Great service they were very helpful

they absolutely will not answer the phone I called steadily for 40 minutes and they either don't answer or it's busy. Ima go down there and stand just inside the door and call them on my phone and see what happens.

I have called this Post Office several times all week at different times and no answer. Is there anyone there? I am looking for a lost package. Please help.

A package that reached Deatsville , was awaiting acceptance, on Thurs. was sent back to GA. It was due here Mon. Why would it be sent back ? I get packages often. This makes no sense.

This post office is the absolute worst. Unprofessional, rude, and their tracking system is a joke. Packages are noted as being at the carrier facility when they're still in the driver's vehicle. The mail carrier also REFUSES to get out of that vehicle to leave a package under our carport if it doesn't fit in the mailbox. (Strangely, UPS/FedEx never seem to have this problem, and I always receive my packages, no matter how large they might be.) Yet she apparently has time to sit there and fill out a 'sorry we missed you' ticket. Either that, or the ticket was filled out before she even left the facility, and she had no intentions of delivering my package. I understand they have policies and procedures for their employess and for mail delivery, etc, but I'm fairly certain being lazy and apathetic isn't on that list.

The sub driver Saturday placed a valuable package over the fence in his yard.Glad I saw it. Everytime we have a sub everybody in slapout,lightwood,have to re-deliver mail to right folks.Mrs.Pauline takes her job and clients serious.Today sub wrote on back of note to call millbrook or 285-6800.Its the black sub.Always have problems and she could care less.

Packages are left on the ground roadside in the dirt! The wrong mail is constantly delivered and while packages cannot be delivered to the door, mid- delivered mail can be retrieved from us at the door on the weekend. A supervisor assured us that leaving packages on the ground by the mailbox was unacceptable and that it would be remedied. Yesterday, another package with over $41.00 in postage, in the dirt by the road. Terrible service!!

I ordered bird seed from walmart and received a notice delivery 3/2/21 by deatsville postal service. I stood by my mail box that day and watch postal Lady leave a sorry missed you slip. I walked to car and advise her she not try to deliver and ask for my package. She left it at the post office She had no intention of delivering to me. She made out the slip before her route that morning. I told her I do not drive and took my slip and would deliver next day. I showed her which house I lived in. No package 3/2/21. Left another miss you in my mail box. No attempt to deliver. How can a federal employee get away with this. My package will be returned and the postal service hasn't even put in their car to try and delivery. This is not the first time this has happened. I would like my package delivered as it should be. Horrible post office!!! I had a tracking number saying my package had been scanned in at their location. Package was two days late and the worker told me the package wasn’t even at their location. Probably delivered to the wrong house.

this post office is the worst this is second time dealing with these idiots they all need to be fired my pkg was delivered to them last monday 11.16 at 5.00 am still have not rec as of pkg 11.25 and cant call because they never answer or it switches to the fax. when is USPS gonna fix this problem, as you can see i am not the only one. how many complaints does it take ?

This post office always is messing up our deliveries. Today they didn't even attempt to come up our drive way at all and noted it undelivered-able. I needed that mail today and now they are closed due to it being a Wednesday and they close at noon. What a big aggravation this place causes

THE WORST POST OFFICE IN HISTORY. THE STAFF IS RUDE AND WILL SIT IN THE BACK AND NOT COME TO THE FRONT TO ASSIST YOU. DO US ALL A FAVOR AND QUIT YOUR JOB SO OTHER PEOPLE CAN WORK AND ACTUALLY ASSIST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Deatsville Alabama office about hands down worse than any customer service I've ever delt with. From kids not getting their birthday cards on time or the office saying the lost the mail Or to them being open and dont answer the phone after being called a million times Aswell as the reviews are hilarious. A review said they had to give them a 1 because there wasnt a 0 suggestion.
