This is the worst post office ever, they turn the phone off so they don't b have to answer, their package delivery on Saturday is awful they will lie and say they attempted to deliver, but they don't they have put that our address doesnt exist or the latest that they attempted to deliver and that I the customer asked that the package be held at the post office, now why would I do that, they never attempted I was home and outside most if the day, I have dummy proofed as much as possible no have a lighted sign on my mailbox, a lighted sign in the yard and as soon as it gets dark I have big flashing numbers on the side if the building and they still mis deliver

They won't answer their phone. Since they're taken over delivering Amazon packages, we don't get our packages in a timely manner. Amazon said it was delivered on 09/08/25. It's been 10 days and we still haven't gotten.

This is the 14 time I didn't get My Mail office never answers phone been calling for 4 hours postal driver never even came on My rode at all so I'm filing a lawsuit today

I had a package delivered to the cullman postal office.. I have a arab address and they put my packages in the wrong mail box and now they won’t fix the issue..

I would like to thank my mail carrier that delivered my little bag to my door, she could have left it in the box but chose not to. My health is not the best in the world, and I was blessed today for her bringing my Christmas to my door. Merry Christmas to her and all of you!♥️🎄⛄

I was told that if you had a priority express that come into your Post Office you could not pick it up at your post office..that you had to buy a post office box..that if you wanted it held there it would be 3 days before you could pick it up..I thought that the post office would do anything to help their customers out..I was talked to rude and condescending..I need this clarified for me...
