Postal Locations

I am trying to find my package but yet can’t get no one to answer any phones y’all run mail on Sundays but don’t answer phones on Sundays. Y’all say y’all delivered my package on my front step but yet the cameras I have shows y’all never coming to my house I’m not really sure how hard it is to leave the package at the wrong address being each house has its own unique address. So I’m taking the mail person for that day was just lazy and didn’t feel like doing their job. If I had to guess I would say Clanton post office is the lowest and poorest managed post office in the state of Alabama. Clanton post office is pathetic.

I had a bad experience with the Clanton AL post office. I wasn't getting my mail due to a mail hold from a person who doesn't live at my address. The person that did the hold lives in an address that haves Circle at the end of the address. Mine is a Road. This should not have happened because someone at the post office didn't record the correct address. I am very unhappy with my post office. I tried to call them on the phone. Held for 3:30 minutes and nobody answered

I have a package there that you’ve tried to deliver for me for 2 days. It was supposed to be delivered to 1806 11th St. N in Clanton. I’ll be at the post office tomorrow afternoon to pick it up myself. Thank you.
