The carrier leave my packages at the door where it says use side door in BIG letters. The closer door is a BIG screened in porch. My package is left in the rain and I complained but nothing was done about it. So this time I’m going up to a better source

We live at 1063 Pinecrest Dr., Childersburg, Al. 35044. Our mail box lid is left open often and has been for years. Carriers are often heard talking on cell phone approaching our box...stopping long enough to leave the mail...then, slapping the lid upward as they speed off. Numerous checks prove the lid can be closed if pushed closed and press firmly. Someone is welcome to come out and check the box if you like. I don't expect much response from the local post office...this has been happing for nearly 10 year! Don Stephens 1063 Pinecrest Dr. Childersburg, Al 256-378-6360
