The Bromley area postal delivery woman thinks the back of my car, behind my car, or anywhere in the driveway is a mailbox. We do have a front porch with a sidewalk leading to it.....
No one answers! My mail carrier will not even put my boxes in a bin he throws them on top of the bin even in the rain so it’s so-called! He uses dogs as an excuse but no dogs were out today I was home and my package is ruined! I wish I could get Amazon to only ship UPs or FedEx! This mail carrier is so disrespectful delivering my packages! The bay Minette post office doesn’t care and no one will help!
This is the second time usps bay minette has marked a package delivered and it was not delivered. This is the worst service ever and it has nothing to do with the virus. Go make solar panels.

Tried to call post office about a lost package and no one picked up (Thur. 6/25 2:48 pm) I really don't want to have to go up there because due to this virus it's always a ton of people waiting. I am disabled and can't stand that long, why do they just have 1 front worker??
I had ordered an item from Amazon and it notified me that it was delivered on the 12th, but there was no package. I went to talk to someone to see where my package is but I haven’t heard back. Then, Amazon had notified me that my two other packages were delivered today, but....no packages. I’m not going to go to my neighbors houses to see if they received them because that’s not my job. It’s the postmen’s job to deliver mail/packages to the correct address.

Ok I thought this was going to end but I see it's getting awful. These cats all around the post office including inside the building. I'm allergic to cats. And I don't appreciate going to the window to tend to business and the freaking vat jumps up on the counter as if it works there. This is very unprofessional. There is a big panel up already so they want have contact with the customers and the cats jumping on the counter. The employees feed the cats and leave food outside so before you go in you have to run the cats off. Everyone does not like cats. And the post office spells awful.. You have to hold your hands over you noise when entering.... Please address ASAP.
What is going on at the Stockton post office? We are experiencing many closings, often for half days at a time.This week we are not getting our mail from Wednesday through Friday, because the Office is closed. That also means mail that was posted on Wednesday- Friday is not being sent. This is not acceptable.
I know that there are available substitutes for keeping our PO open. I hope this issue can be corrected soon.
